We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Coffee available in the morning was delightful. Amenities in the room (refrigerator and microwave) were useful. The mountain location offered great views, but the visit was primarily for a family gathering, which made it the perfect spot.

United StatesIt was a pleasant stay at the Snowshoe Inn for two nights. The room was clean, toilet was good too. We had wifi, microwave and a refrigerator which well served our purpose. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had late check-in and she was very welcoming. There was free coffee at the reception every morning and plenty of parking options. Its definitely worth the value. The Snowshoe village is just 12 mins drive, the location is central and has a gas station, dollar general, and other few stores nearby. My kids were happy too and that what matters most to me.

United StatesThe down side is restaurants nearby. Bbq and a sandwich shop was it. So eat before you get back to the motel.
The property was just what we were looking for for. We were looking for a place to stay close but not in the town of Cass. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The was just fine checked all the boxes clean, quiet, comfortable beds, and everything worked well. Basically if you’re looking for a place to spend the night and explore the area it’s great.

United StatesThe showers are very tight. The corridor for the rooms are huge it felt like a long walk being in the middle there was no short way to get there. Ac was not that great but worked. Pool was out of commission due to lack of maintenence it would have been nice to take a swim after a long day in the sun
Rooms were spacious for storing 2 bikes with us. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Little snack stand on site for some munching if wanted.

We did not have breakfast because there no place to purchase it. We had to go to a convenient mart and purchase ceral and other accessories in order to have breakfast in our room. Never been anywhere so desolate. Was not happy with this.

United StatesThere did not appear to be many other guests, but we were given a room at the very end of long hallway on the 2nd floor and opposite end of the elevator. Air conditioning in the room did not get very cool even when on the lowest setting.
Katie at the front desk was amazing! She was very helpful, friendly, and informative! Wifi in room was great because of lack of cell reception in this area. Room was clean. Loved the free pass to activities on the mountain!

United StatesDecor is pretty dated, but it's a surprisingly decent place. The tubs are small and have lots of curved surfaces so there's no flat spot to place a bottle of shampoo or shower gel bottles.
Great location for traveling. Right next to the highway. There's a restaurant across the street. It's at the bottom of the hill from the resort, so it's 5 miles uphill to the Snowshoe resort. If you're looking for a decent room with an economy budget, this is a good choice. Fridge and microwave are in the rooms🙂
