I called they said pool was open, when I arrived pool and got closed entire time.. they advertised coffee pot in rooms.. very rude staff told me I didn’t have that kind of room.. But I asked manager and maintenance next day, I did have that room and it’s on their website for the economy room anyway.. so I paid for things they advertised and didn’t get.. false advertising and bait and switch, I was told for an up charge I could go to their other hotel that had outside pool.. :( . The only thing great was 2 maintenance men Mark and David that was extremely helpful and kind..

spa was set on low or Maintenace level. We ask to turn it on, they said thats all we get. We have stayed there before and they worked like they're supposed to. Was really looking forward to using spa after bike riding all day, what a let down.

I didn’t like that there was NO TV. The Wi-Fi was out. Was told that there was a guy on site working try to restore it, but was only able to get certain areas fixed. Staff was able to give my the WI-FI to the room below my. My parents are a custom to sleeping with a tv on so you can imagine they didn’t sleep very well for 2 nights.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy. Hot water for showers. The staff was very friendly even the semi new guy working the front desk.

Everything was truly beyond what we expected, from moment we checked in till we checked out. it was like we had our own retreat place. The staff were very accomodating to our needs

Our beds were tired and uncomfortable. The worst part was when we folded the bed covers back there were what appeared to be urine stains on the underside of the bedspread. We pulled it off and used the blankets instead. When I mentioned this at the front desk they seemed unphased and indicated, yes, the bedspreads were getting old and stained and needed replaced. But urine stains? Wow... Also, the wifi only works while in the room - there was no way to walk down the hall or use from the common area, which was very inconvenient.

The Inn was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub was awesome. we got a pass for a lot of activities on the mountain as part of our stay.

The pool closed 3 of our 6 days. Had to asked for clean towels & trash empty. The extra 22. Dollars a night for what I have no idea. didn't vacuum room whole time here.

My only complaint was there aren't coffe makers in rooms and lobby doesn't serve coffee till 7am. Early risers BYO I asked if there was anything nearby and told not open till 7.

Clean, large room. Nice indoor pool and hot ribs for kids. Great proximity to snowshoe mtn. Internet, which is key for that area where there is no cell service.

It was advertised to have a game room which there was not. the gym was as to be expected, nothing was in it but two little treadmills and a very bad rowing machine. The out-of-room experience wasn’t that great, although the pool was cool

There was very little warmth from the customer service staff, particularly during check in. Just because it is their "budget accomodations" doesn't mean guests shouldn't receive a warm and friendly check in process. The internet was also quite slow. There were no coffee options on the hotel either.

The room has a minifridge and microwave and the beds were fairly comfortable.

This place is decorated like it's 1980. No breakfast available within the hotel (there is a place across the street). Everything is a little run down. This is not the place for a romantic getaway.

The hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable. The pool/hot tub was great. The shuttle to Snowshoe was very nice. Exceptional value for the less picky traveller who wants to ski his butt off and crash in a warm bed after a hot shower.
