The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the hotel in general was just "run down." Rooms should be cleaned more thoroughly, paying particular attention to cleaning the bathroom.

The best thing about this stay was it was cheap and we could bring pets.

The remote for the TV did not have batteries in it and the man that checked me in complained about my dog barking when pets are allowed ..I guess it's none barking dogs that are allowed....

The upkeep of the property was not up to par. The mini refrigerator was kept in a brown closet type shelf, which reeks of the smell of roaches, immediately upon opening it. When I moved the fridge’s in both my rooms, along the sides and underneath them laid dead roaches, roach feces, and the brown birth sacks. There was also roaches crawling at a fast pace when I turned on the bathroom light. No toilet seat cover and the actual seat was broken and only attached in on one side. It was so uncomfortable. Leaking sink hose. Loud noise and a dog barking at all times of the night. The pool is inoperable, but the filthy appearance is an eye sore.

The housekeeping lady I met was extremely nice. She maintained a professional decor and was willing to make any changes possible to help with future stays. Also, met and talked with the manager and she also assured me that changes would be made. I honestly believe she will do so.

Nothing really to complain about. I wasn't looking for much and it worked. Not really a 'vacation' destination. No offerings in the morning that I was aware of.

Needed a quick stop off the freeway and it met that need. The room was quiet and clean. Has refrigerator and coffee maker.

It would’ve been nice if they had a booster seat or two in the dining area but not a deal breaker either.

Rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly, and they have a good selection of breakfast items (muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, sausage, egg, waffles, etc.). Tv and remote were in working order, and plenty of towels in room. The rooms are contained, which is my personal favorite for safety reasons.

Biggest tree roach I’ve ever seen when I first walked in the room felt muggy! It wasn’t clean and there was black mold from the last time the hurricane hit.

The older man working days acted like we were bothering him if we needed anything. No coffee pot at all in motel and when asked we were told there was Waffle House just down the street.had to ask for toilet paper and shampoo.. trash was under both beds and bathroom mirror was dirty. The beds were on wheels so when you went to sit on them they tried to roll away.

There was only 1 young man working nights that was nice and helpful and gave me the WiFi password . There was not much to like about this motel... We take this trip once a year and we will not stay here again .

I believe the lady at the front desk may have been on something. They say they are about hospitality, but when we asked for an extra blanket they would not give us one. That is even after speaking to the man that owned the motel. Now this is when it is freezing cold. I do not recommend this place and we will never stay at this place again.

Cigarette burns all over bed cover, light in bathroom not working, refrigerator not working, toilet not flushing, dirty floors and trash under the bed, dirty towels, one small bar of soap, hole in wall in the bathroom, noisy people down the hall from 2-7am, smell of smoke coming into our room (even though this was a non-smoking motel), ...
