The appearance is run down. There was pealing paint on the bathroom door. The clock in the room wasn’t working. The carpeting is obviously real old. The paint on the walls in the halls are dark, should be brighter colors. No usb charging ports. Tv should be able to turn so it is visible from a chair and two chairs should be in the room.

Breakfast was good. I was limited because I need Gluten Free food. There were no gluten free labeled foods. The bed was comfortable.

Not all but some staff somewhat rude. Hotel was not very clean. Needs work. Broken signs … holes in hallway walls. Elevators were very dirty. Room was not as bad but stains and repairs left incomplete.

Behind the beds was not clean. I was looking for my daughter's earring and thought it dropped Behind the headboard. When I looked it was a mess. Made me gag. The foldout sofa bed mattress to to thin and uncomfortable. It's like sleeping on paper. One of the employees smoked pot and that's all you could smell in the elevator and 3rd floor.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tube worked which was good for travel.

We were in a room that backed up to the highway ans it was not sound proof. It was awful; we asked to be moved to another room the next day amd we moved which was better.

The staff was very receptive. The location was perfect.

Please read the reviews first!! This hotel was very filthy. The lobby appeared to be clean when we arrived, however once we stepped in the elevator, it was extremely dirty and sticky. The hallway carpet was very dirty and stained, and the lighting down the hallway was so dim. This hotel needs many updates and a deep clean everywhere. The key we were given to the room deactivated every time we left the room. We had to go down to the front desk, multiple times to have the key reactivated to the room, as well as needing to be let in the room by the staff that was cleaning other rooms. The room itself was very dark did not have enough lighting and felt dingy. There were stains everywhere in the room, including the comforter, the shower curtain and floor. The tables had stains from drinks. They were sticky. The refrigerators were old and dirty. The shower was stained and wouldn’t drain properly with stains and the sink was dirty with a brown ring around the drain. I am so shocked that this hotel can carry the name Holiday Inn with the condition that it is run in. I would recommend staying anywhere else but here if you want to stay in a decent hotel. The 4 stars are because we didn’t see any bugs.

I have chronic back pain. I booked this place for the pool and ho tub since I was in a car all day. I called two days before arrival to see if the pool was working. It was closed for maintenance upon arrival. The room was terrible. The bathtub drain didn’t hold water and was moldy. The water was lukewarm and the shower was a trickle. We switched rooms. The next bathtub had a moldy drain and didn’t hold water either. We were very disappointed. I thought Holiday Inn had better standards . I want a refund.
