Room was not fully prepared. No dishes or cutlery in the kitchen. No bedding for sofabed. Nightshift clerk was helfull sorting this out.

It was ok. Certainly there is room for improvement.

Rooms are not very soundproof. Hot tub lining was peeling off the bottom. Stains on furniture and carpet.

The spa was down and the pool was extra salty and chemically. Also, sheets weren't supplied for the pull out bed. It was hard to get ahold of the front desk unless we went down in person. Other than that the stay was good!

When I checked out , they did not honor my Booking. Com. Booked price. They told me I had to pay a much higher price because they were totally booked for the weekend and they would not honor the prices I booked thru booking. Com. Weeks prior to my arrival .I will be contacting Booking.com customer service tomorrow.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I'm not a frequent traveler, so I didn't realize "Resident Inn" means a small studio apartment! It was a lovely surprise to have a couch, full size fridge, etc. Of special note, I loved the on-screen tv options. Very easy to use. Finally, the staff were extra helpful and friendly, when I purchased a pizza and he realized I didn't have an oven, he suggested I use the pizza oven in the breakfast nook to cook it. thank you!

Was dirty and nobody was falling the pool area alcoholic drinks. Also no one was taking care of their kids. They were just letting them run all over and splashing everyone.

I have no complaints! There is not one thing that I did not like.

My daughter really enjoyed the breakfast. Eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, waffles, orange juice, bagels, oatmeal, coffee...It was well beyond expectations. I loved my room, it was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. I was able to watch YouTube with no problem. Nice kitchenette. There were enough towels for us. Staff was friendly and professional. Check-in was easy, pay when you arrive, and I was able to check in an hour early since there was a room available. I sat out on the patio with the fire pit going. Staff lit it for me with no problem. Lobby area is beautiful and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. This will be my go-to hotel when traveling going forward!!

For a pet friendly hotel, the only available area to take your dog out to was so deep with snow it was inaccessible. Someone should be cleaning that out. The hot tub was too hot and very dirty. there was LOTS of garbage under the furnishings in the room. house cleaning was not great. There was food, junk.

They billed my card 3xs got that straightened out. Then 3 weeks later charged card out of the blue. When I contacted them, they wanted me to give them my card number.... you should be able to look it up by my name since you just charged me!!

The sofa in our room was worn out and uncomfortable. The pillows on the sofa were stained and had a musty smell to them.

Good location near the interstate, friendly staff, close to restaurants. Room size was nice. Mini kitchen setup was a great amenity.

Hot water didn't in bathroom and cold water didnt work in kitchen Hot tub was broke and was main reason for staying In morning was loud vibration noise above are room so couldn't sleep in So all said not a great stay at all but had great luck in past but don't think they helped e enough with situation very disappointed in how it was handled
