The price you charge for staying at the Inn was okay due to location and being told what a great breakfast you make but can't get anyone to clean or serve it was disappointing. Maybe you should lower price and stop offering food.

Was told breakfast served at 9:15 showed up at 9:05 ever table full and everyone was eating. Went back to room to pack came back down stairs two tables open but dirty, no staff around to ask if could be cleaned. We just decided to just leave and eat some were else. Came back down for the 3rd time with our bags checked for any staff to check out, still no one to be found. Found a great little family owned dinner leaveing town, great food prices and plenty of staff.

Breakfast was good but not amazing. There was no option to control the temperature in your room. We just bought a fan and it worked out. A vanity would be great in that specific room due to the mirror in the bathroom. I could only see the top of my head. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons.

The room was just as expected. Bed was comfortable. I was concerned that it would be noisy, but this room was surprisingly quiet. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Provided parking (just a warning, it is a very small spot) Great place overall.

Very friendly staff and absolutely fantastic location. Near all of the great walkable areas, the fort, the waterfront... just a perfect spot to stay. Room was smallish, but nice (and to be expected in older historic buildings). The breakfast was just fabulous. A fruit cup with yogurt and granola followed by eggs benedict and bacon. Delicious! They also have parking which is a huge thing in that part of town. We had to park at their secondary lot about a block down, but it was just fine.

There was nothing that we did not like. The only recommendation is the complementary water jugs, and the refrigerator to be filled more often. But, this was a minor point.

We loved everything about the Inn on Charlotte! Upon arrival, we were greeted enthusiastically and Ricky was very helpful with everything. Breakfast was amazing every day with something different and yummy. The staff were amazing, especially Ricky. He was very gracious and helped us with anything we wanted. We loved the location. The front porch was fun to drink wine the staff provided daily for happy hour and to people watch! We would definitely recommend this charming Inn to anyone visiting St. Augustine.

You are right in the Historical area of St. Augustine. Easy walk to multiple locations. The Inn was very quaint. Nicely furnished and the breakfast that is included was delicious! Wine social in the afternoon to meet and greet fellow travelers. Parking for some of rooms is less than a block away… about 3 minutes. Everyone very hospitable. Very relaxing.

The interior of our room at least was in need of some TLC. There were some stains and places in need of paint. It was clean but seemed a bit rough. I mentioned the great towels above but then the toilet paper was the cheapest possible. Electrical outlets only had a ground in the bathroom where one of the outlets didn’t work. This would not be an issue for me in such a quaint old building except for the price. For the money I expected a bit more.

Great staff, wonderful bed, linens and towels. Also, a unique and wonderful breakfast.

Staff was great but sometimes unavailable. Parking can be tricky for larger vehicles and bathroom was small, but to be expected for an older building. Bed was described on booking.com as a king but the room had a Queen sized bed.

Excellent location and great porch-walk to everything. Beautiful property, nice breakfast, easy to come and go, nice furniture.

The staff was polite and helpful when approached but the Inn did not have an identifiable host to interact with. We couldn’t find anyone to tell we would not be attending the wine and cheese hour. The lighting in room 8 is insufficient for reading or searching thru suitcases.

The location was perfect for exploring the historic district on foot. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

The house needed updating. Many holes in the wall where previous fixtures had been. Half of the electrical outlets didn't work. Bathroom walls were patched in places and painted over. Bathroom mirror was so high you"d have to be at least 6ft tall to use it. Bottom of Jacuzzi tub had cracks/scrapes and we were afraid to use it. TV was small and old.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Location was close to every thing.
