The staff was friendly, especially the two women serving breakfast! They were so welcoming and cheerful! The room was small but clean and cozy with an updated bathroom.

It was very pricey. I understand Newport is expensive, so the hotel was reasonable for Newport, but still very pricey.

The room was very comfortable, enough space for two. We love the sitting chairs. In the room temperature was perfect.

The traffic and sounds of the guests kept us up most of the night. We woke up tired and cranky. The buffet breakfast was blah. My friend refused to eat it.

The hotel was friendly and comfortably furnished, and we awoke to the smell of croissants baking.

It used to say on their web, that our room overlooked the Warf. My wife saw the same and yet now it does not. Upon arrival the tv would not work...the mngr was not able to turn it on until I googled how to do so. Then the remote never worked and they were to bring a new one and did not. The air conditioner could not be changed for temps or settings, the remote for that didn't work either. When speaking with the over all manager in the AM SHE DIDNT CARE! Her attitude was very poor. I have travelled the world for business and this hotel was the 2nd worse...only to one I stayed at in India! Oh and if you are a broad shouldered...don't even think of being comfortable in the bathroom!

Breakfast was better than expected...but no warning it was in a different location that they own!

TV remotes needed batteries. A/C was odd, there was one in the wall behind a desk that was old, plugged in but not working and a newer one near the ceiling that worked fine with a remote. Bathroom door knob was loose, needed 3 screws that should have been there to hold it in place. Shower tub was extreemly slippery but otherwise ok. bathroom needs attention lots of patch jobs.

Breakfast was nice. Server was exceptional. location was convienient. parking was good. Small refrigerator worked good . Bed was comfortable.

The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable! Really rock hard! Pillows were hard too. Air conditioner did not work and the room was stifling. Bathroom really dated. No soaps, all dispensers were empty. There was only one lock on the door and it didn’t feel secure.

We liked everything!

We love the colonial feel the Inn had. It felt like we were going back in history. The breakfast was excellent and all of the staff were very nice.

We had a beautiful king bedroom that was absolutely stunning. The room was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. Will definitely be going back again.
