Reptionist in the morning was very short. I asked for a late checkout, he was short and not friendly at all. I hate when I spend money with businesses and they treat you as if you are bothering them. Won't be back

Inside of entire building smelled like stale cigarettes. The carpets were disgusting and filthy all though the building. The bathroom in our room was nasty. The door frame and exhaust fan were covered in thick dirt. Very nasty.

Bathtub in room wasn’t cleaned. There was no wash cloth in room. Thank God I always travel with my own. When asked about wash cloth, staff said they couldn’t get in laundry room. trash was hallway upon arrival

we had no trash cans in the room the use machine was broke we had no mini fridge. ask for towels and they never brought them. ask the front desk and they said linen closet was locked.

My main problem is the floor was so dirty that walking from the bathroom to the bed, your feet would turn black. The air conditioning unit worked, but I think it runs constantly and causes some condensation. That condensation is probably what is causing the mold or mildew on the lamp shade.

Bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Really nice to have your own mini fridge. Coffee in the morning was hot and fresh. Many restaurants and shopping located close by. Racetrack gas station is also convenient to fill up on your way out.

The shopping carts in the hall way, the trash on the floor and elevators, the night clerk Nikki was rude and insulting about race fans. That the side door had no handle, we only had 2 pillows per bed, our sheets had stains on them, and the bathroom had hair in it.

Breakfast offering. With families living in the hotel, breakfast was far and few, only apple and orange juice, a few slices of white bread, and a bagel, very low on cereal but no milk. Traveling to this hotel felt like going to a struggling friend's house; did not expect this because of the hotel chain (Baymont). The latch on the room door shows someone kicked it in so I felt unsafe and the back door had its entire lock broken off, therefore, making it accessible for strangers who were visibly sleeping in the parking lot to enter the premises where the room was at the end of the hallway. Very scary and spooky. Pets were occupying this hotel, we saw a few small roaches. the toilet tissue dispenser was very rusted out and the vent was full of dust and the bathroom ceiling needed painting. Because I am asthmatic, these conditions were not good. The fire alarm and the electrical panel were falling off the wall. I would have checked out the next morning but all the hotels in the areas were full or the price was super high not leaving me many options. but to stay.

The building is in need of better maintenance and repairs. Access to the north end is missing a door handle and security. The room, 102, had a very foul odor. Several lights bulbs needed to be replaced. The bathroom door has been previously replaced, but not trimmed. This caused it to not close properly and not allow air flow at the bottom. The room has a microwave, but no refrigerator. The hair dryer was not properly fastened to the wall and falling off. I don't know if other rooms have similar problems.

Good location away from the beach area with easy access to interstate 95. The bed is very comfortable.

The towels were sour. We had to dry off with our clothes. When we mentioned it to the man at front desk he told us those were brand new towels. If that's how they smell brand new then they should be washed first. Also every time we moved the bed squeaked. You couldn't move without the noise

I felt an itch all night from the sheets, the mattress was not very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was dirty. breakfast was not served at 6.30am

almost every door handle was loose, garbage bags piled up by back door that we came in and out of, bathroom had mold all over like it hadnt been cleaned, so i cleaned itmyself, light bulbs burned out above vanity, property looked more like residential than motel

When I was in bed and looked up ceiling was all water stained and cracking. Shower curtain mold on bottom Bathroom faucet filthy

The staff was okay. The gentleman forgot to give me my drivers license and credit card back. One of the girls caught me going in elevator to return to me.Over all ok.

The building was dirty, the towels were stained, the shower curtain had black mold on the bottom, the tub had black stains, you could hear everything from the room next door and it didn’t have a closet.
