The private pool is the game changer. I loved that the house was spacious and beautiful. I want and will book again. I want invite my family and celebrate.

The house had everything we could think of. It was very clean. Comfortable. We even used the bikes. The pool was very attractive and clean. We found the solar heater and raised it so it heated the pool to our comfort. All the beds were very comfortable. The bedding was in good shape and clean The showers were in good shape. Having three toliets helped. The layout of the house was great for the pool We had a Great time and will return!

The Master Bath Toliet is loose and too low. The pool light does not work. The refrigerator needed some shelves. The Sliding Glass Door was very hard to open. The TV local channels would not work. We were able to order netflix if wanted but did not. Some cards or board games would be nice.

It felt like home which is a nice feeling to have when you are traveling with family. The Villa was very charming and provided plenty of room for 5. The location was beautiful as well.

The only thing I can say is there is only one tv. With a big family it would have been nice to have a couple more TVs just to keep down the fights of who is watching what lol. But it worked out fine.

We loved how big and spacious it was for our family of 8 (6 teenagers) they really enjoyed the down time swimming and watching movies. We Kayaked in Crystal river over to 3 sisters springs which was beautiful!! (25 min from house) went to honeymoon island (2 hours away) and tubing in Rainbow Springs state park (25 min away). The ac was working when we arrived but quickly responded and had it fixed as fast as they could. We will definitely be back during manatee season!!

A few of the ladies got spooked by the owner/maintained person coming on the property unannounced on the side of the house without notifying us. I rented the home & paid the higher price specifically because of the pool. Upon arriving, we were informed that there was a leak he was trying to fix but all of the water drained out of the jacuzzi and it couldn’t be used.

The home is absolutely gorgeous! The appearance exceeded my expectations.

We had to leave about 2 hours after arriving. The place had mold and water damage. The floor was actually wet and carpet disgusting. The pool was not heated, and the hot tub not even turned on. You had to go outside to turn it on.

This could have been a nice place. Fortunately, they did give us all our money back.

It wasnt heated when we got there says it is 9am 6pm . wasnt it was the whole purpose of our stay we didnt get in tell 630 and had leave by 950. Was pointless for 400$

The listing said that there was a pool at the facility. But the agent said in small print the 3 bedroom unit I selected had no pool. I was stuck with 2 high schoolers that had nothing too do. Cost me another 400 dollars to entertain the kids. Very disappointed on the way this property was listed, felt like the old Bait and Switch...At first the unit looked very clean, but 75 percent of all the floor tile was loose missing grout and cracked. Also would of been nice to know that 50 feet from the unit on the adjoining property they were using earth moving equipment to develop the lot.

The property was clean, peaceful, and beautiful. The caretaker was very helpful and supportive when my family needed an extra day at short notice and was able to provide for us! We were very grateful!

Big pool and near beach so children loved their vacation. And grandma loved because I only had to provide swim teachers (more family), food, and transportation. Will be looking for another reservation for next year!!!
