The older gentleman who checked us in on 8/31 took over 30 minutes to get us processed then when we finally got our room keys they didn’t work because he had changed our room so we had to go back down and get new keys. He was also texting on his phone for 10 minutes before he acknowledged us

Other than we had no one come the clean the room while we stayed (5 days) it was good. The pool smells a little funny. That's it. Staff was great. Room was good for the price. I would stay again.

The bathroom needs renovation! Very worn out. Large patched hole in tub. Everything old. There were only 2 towels, one hand towel, and one washcloth provided. Broken clock radio and broken blinds were fixed after reported.

It is a bit run down. Needs some repairs. It has a big open area that is in the entrance would be great area for a breakfast, but they only offer coffee. This is now a Motel 6 property. I prefer heat and air cond. that the fan shuts off at the set temp. These are those units that the fan runs full time when it is on.

The location.The room was a good size, plus ours had a balcony with a view of the state park.

The blinds were so warped we could not close them completely for privacy and blocking out the sun. No towel racks in the restroom. The toilet paper holder was too large to hold the tissue properly and kept falling off. No utensils to go with the mini kitchenette. AC unit was quite loud.

Liked the cleanliness, pet friendliness, renovations, comfort and amenities available. The fridge and freezer was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Efficiency of the AC unit.

They tried to charge me twice for the rooms I had already paid for online.

It was close to the lake & most everything else. And within walking distance to the London Bridge.

The contractor needs to have a punch list of small repairs. The toilet handle was hard to operate. The dishwasher was missing a panel. The blinds need attention. The worst part for us was that there was no seating, other than a desk chair. If the room is intended for vacation occupancy, it needs at least a small table and chairs for meals. We were uncomfortable because there was no place to sit and relax. This may be something that the management intends to rectify.

This property was recently taken over by Studio 6. Remodeling is in progress. The location is excellent. Some rooms have balconies and lake views. Ours had a full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The paint, flooring, and appliances are fresh and new, as is most of the bedding. The furniture was modern, and very nice. There is enormous potential here for a good vacation property. There was a generous amount of parking for boats.

The room had a kitchenette which is why I booked the motel. But there wasn’t any dishes or pans to cook with, it even had a dishwasher which was ironic. No one ever cleaned our room and we took our garbage out every day since there was only a small wastebasket. The bed was on some sort of metal platform and was directly in front of the air conditioner.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly.
