No complaints at all!

Location Location Location. Very close to plenty of activities and usually a 15 minute drive to grab groceries and clothes. Including the airport. Minutes away from just about any and all boating places.

- The access code we received via email did not work when we reached the property, but we were able to call the number provided and even though it was Sunday afternoon, we were assisted straight away. - The apartment has 2 doors to the hallway, plus a balcony. It was so windy the kids could barely sleep because the door in the kids bedroom didn't have a proper draught stripping so the wind was crazy loud. - The living room sofa is rather squeaky and should be replaced.

The apartment is newly renovated, super clean and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was incredible and we soon found out why there were 2 sets of binoculars - you can watch whales right from the balcony! The pool is smaller but good, clean and the water is nice and warm. We were able to see turtles every night right in front of the building on the little beach there. A proper beach is about 5 mins walking distance. We loved the location because it was 12 mins drive from the airport, super close to Kahului or Kihei for grocery shopping and conveniently placed to go explore the island - Lahaina, Road to Hana, Wailea.

The view was absolutely amazing! Perfect for whale watching in Maaleaa Bay.

Sofa was noisy/squeaky, no coffee provided, minimal sugar/creamer for 3 people, low quality pillows, twin bed not comfortable, would be nice to have hooks to hang wet towels, only one snorkel provided, would be nice to have cushions on bench for dining table, would be nice to have doorstop for front door to hold open with wind and screen door, had to call to get list of TV channels, this area has a lot of wind.

Couch needs replacing as well as newer pillows.

The room was exactly as described. Kitchen was well stalked with utensils, food containers, etc. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, snorkeling gear all there. Binoculars in the room was awesome. View was superb. Pool was fantastic. Would 100% stay again.

Location was great. I loved having screen doors closed with the waves crashing all night. Ac was not needed. Very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the sandy beach with a mile of beach to walk.

One of the towels in the toilet was used already. Maybe the housekeeping didn't notice it & they just hanged it again together with the clean towels. But overall still good.

They sent the instructions on how to get in the property including the door code in advance. I had a little problem to find the room number, I meant I got confused a bit but I called there number & somebody helped me immediately.

The second bedroom with two twin beds would get really hot. The rest of the apartment would be cold, but for some reason that room was always hot and humid.

Everything was really nice and clean. they provided us with a bunch of cool extra stuff like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The location was great, we had a nice view and we're close to a lot of things.

Island Sands 505 is wonderfully renovated and has an exceptional oceanfront view. The pool is perfect for the size of Island Sands. Perfect central location if you will be doing activities all over Maui. Only a small, unswimmable beach at the unit but a very nice public beach just a very short walk down the street. AA Oceanfront was very communicative throughout the entire process and everything was prepared for our arrival. Easy entry and easy check out. Highly recommend Island Sands 505!!

A/C not as cool as it should be. Two queen or full beds would have worked better for 2 couples instead of twin beds.

Very well maintainned and equipped appartment, Ocean view. Close to aquarium and boat harbour. We loved it. Suggrstion, fix the loss bed head frame in the master room. Highly recomended

The ocean views were beautiful but there was no actual beach there (tho it was a short walk away)

The condo was tastefully decorated, super clean and the kitchen was extremely well appointed. We had everything we could possibly want.
