Would only suggest an additional desk-top or standing fan in bedroom….room stayed warm even with ceiling fan. Would prefer all window locks operated.

Excellent location with easy access from downtown, airport and east Tampa area. Very comfortable and pictures shown are true… fun decor and amenities were perfect. Great little cafe around the corner with best Cuban sandwich. Loved being able to have full kitchen available and separate sleeping area. Why stay at a hotel when this property is so much more appealing and a better value.

Toilet seat needed some maintenance, made host aware as we checked out as our stay was not that long and it was not a major issue.

Easy convenient booking, accessibility was quick. Loved the "IslandTime" theme! Sunrise was beautiful off the water. Felt like we were on the Beach!

The location is quiet and next to a lake which is nice. On the other side you will have to take an Uber or drive by car to get to any shops, bars, cafes. There is not much next by except of a sandwich restaurant.

Nice apartment, good equipped. Communication to the host without trouble.

Right after we entered, my son (40 lbs) sat on the couch and it collapsed. My husband was able to fix it, but it wasn't a warm welcome! The shower has two options: Ice cold and powerful, or a pathetic trickle of warm water. Just awful. I was hoping to use the air mattress, but there was a pool of liquid in the bottom of the bag. I have no idea what it was, but I wasn't comfortable using it after that. I'm not sure if there were even sheets for it. After messaging the host twice about these issues - I received a message asking if I was checked in?! I also got an email requesting a perfect review. I'm sure these were automated, but it was totally impersonal and my bad experience was never acknowledged. Summary: Untrustworthy couch, unusable air mattress, awful shower, no fan in the bathroom and no screen on the window, uncomfortable bed/pillows

I don’t have anything that comes to mind needing improvement, I enjoyed the experience from start to finish.

Beautiful sunrise over the bay each morning out the front door and windows. Very quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Felt much like home, it was a peaceful time visiting and would stay again next time I’m in the area.

I didn’t like the parking, there was no water pressure in the shower and in the kitchen sink , just warm water not hot water, fan worked in the bedroom but it was hot.

The one bedroom was clean, new stove, bed was comfortable , the air conditioner was nice and cold in the living area. TV worked great . Quite area.

We didn’t No stay 4:02 pm we saw the bed and called out thinking someone was in there as we looked closely the bed was left that way form past guests apt was not clean I call immediately , on a return phone call they apologized maid never -showed up.

I could hear the neighbors next door slamming the door, their conversation, when they used the bathroom which obviously isn’t the hosts fault. Just loud people

Nothing, did not stay there. Not the best area. Huge refinery with in 3 blocks, nothing even close. Looked like the grass was just cut and laying all over the sidewalk.

Everything was perfect. The location was excellent due to proximity to riverwalk area where my son needed to be for all state band rehearsals each day. It was a nice quiet place to be, and we had everything we needed.
