When you walked into the lobby from outside all you could smell was Marijuana! Floors and carpet were dirty.

My second room here with me just visiting this state & this the second room my toilet seat was broke. Telephone in room didn’t work either time. Staff at front desk don’t try to work with you, or accommodate you. Better reserving room online with booking than walking in or their website definitely not worth the 80. Oh not to mention they take a $100 deposit & charge a early or late check in fee if before 3pm or after 11pm

The staff were neither friendly nor helpful. The room had an over-powering fragrance, covering up a stale smell. Holes and chips out of doors and cabinets, as well as a very poor patch job on what was a very large hole in the wall. I can see why they have to charge a $100 deposit, but do not care for the credit back on my cc taking 5 days. Continental breakfast was okay, we just got coffee for the road.

Tv channels not the sane as a month ago. I asked people at the desk and got no response. The t don’t seem to understand English.

The pool was closed and no water shouldn’t advertise it if isn’t open . The eggs were burnt checked in at 11:00 pm no one at the desk for full 8 minutes.

1)Room next to us was very loud and noisey til late at night. 2)Air would go off and it gets warm/hot then it comes back on. 3) so far to walk plus go downstairs to get ice 4)found a dirty wet wash cloth hanging on rod on top of shower curtain. Gross. 5) dirty dry water stains on ceiling in shower. Gross too. 6) the toilet seat lid seemed loose. When you reach for toilet paper, it shifts and you feel like its gonna fall off. Too many issues. Plus the pool was out of service.

the shower head did not spray, it dribbled. I was not informed there would be no housekeeping services on my multi-day stay. the back door officially needed a key card to open but it was never locked.

At no time have I had to put $100 deposit down at any Wyndham hotel or booking.com. I did receive it back when we checked out. But I had to wait for the employee to go back and check the room before I could get my money back. Only place mentioning their policy was a paper on the front counter. It would have been nice to know this in the beginning.

I was not happy with during check-in there was a couple coming in arguing and yelling in the lobby I was not happy that I was woke from a sound sleep at 1:00 in the morning because somebody pulled the fire alarm I was not happy having one guess it was just rude to everybody this morning making racist remarks about Hispanics that were having breakfast about the staff being telling them that they should be cooking him waffles and everything and setting everything up for him and turned out it was the same guy that it pulled the alarm the night before the accused one of Hispanic males are pulling a gun on him and she went to see that but he did call the police but it was just loud rude I'm not in the lobby area leaving upon my checking out

The bed was comfortable continental breakfast with excellent the common areas were very clean the room is showing his age paint healing the road was a little Tatty
