The only thing I strongly disliked was the sliding door on the bathroom. Sliding doors have gaps and don’t provide privacy. Ours had a huge gap. I know this is a style choice but we have stayed nearby in the past and it was the same thing - wondering why this part of LA can’t have an actual door for their bathroom? So weird (not everyone is travelling with their partner).

The staff were amazing, especially Jason the valet and the lady who checked us in. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, as were were the wait staff in the restaurant. Room was big and comfortable.

Not even a small bottle if water was for free on the arrival day!!! That’s a shame! We payed more than $300 for one night. I went to the fitness room and trained there for more than an hour. There was no water there as well! So I went to the reception and asked for water. The lady was just repeating “ the fitness room is closed” !!!! And did not give me the bottle for free as well! I have never had such an unfriendly and unpleasant experience at any hotels! I was like: are you even listening to me??? I trained there, and there was no water! I will never stay here again! A cafe maker is in the room with just two caps…. ( and two decaf ) How about offering more coffee caps in the room?!

Did not find anything wrong at all

Ideal location for going places and a short walk to Venice beach. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable and staff were very helpful in getting us into a room asap after a long haul flight across the pacific . The restaurant and atmosphere of the night added to a pleasurable stay.

I paid for a room with a balcony. I didn't get one and was told I wouldn't get one even if I waited. It took 20 minutes to get hot water from the shower. Room service never picked up the phone. Also tried express check out from the phone and that didn't get picked up either. Will never stay here again.

The location was superb, the facilities and resturant were excellent and all the staff were exceptional and a real credit to the Hilton Brand. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was carried out with efficient ease. This includes the reception staff, the front of house in the resturant, the waiters and waitresses, and the cleaning staff. The hotel location for Breakfast is the best in the marina as it overlooks the sweeping crescent sandy beach and with activity of all sorts going on from dawn through to dusk. These includes, dog walkers, fisherman, salors, kayakers, physical personal trainers. If you like to people watch then this is the place and area for you. We were stunned at the miles and miles of boats of every size and class. Safe walking to every corner of the Marina complex which has the pathways lit by night. We have stayed in many other hotels and Hilton hotels across the United Kingdom, Europe, America and the Indian ocean and this was without exception a superbly managed Hotel and Resturant. Well Done to all the staff at the Jamaica Bay Inn

It was right on a beach. Kayaking, paddle boarding right outside your door. It was a beautiful place. And so quiet at night too.

I love that the Marina was right behind us, we were able to ride the water boat around the Marina for just $1. The food was amazing and everything was close in walking distance.

elevator was broken so you had to walk through the kitchen .. which wasn’t clean .. the food is a bit overpriced and not that great ..but location saves it

Elevator was broken the entire time and had to go thru the kitchen to get to the room. Also, bathroom for the restaurant was not clean when I went to use it. Several broken toilets and the ones that weren't broken were not clean.

My room had a nice view of the marina. Restaurant was very accomodating.
