If we had to nit-pick: Early morning noise level (around 6am-7:30am)- doors slamming, people walking upstairs (very creaky floors)

I wish that the cabins had been pet friendly they looked so beautiful and spacious! It would’ve been more like being at home for the pets. They were very aware of every noise in the hotel room.

Location for us was great in relation to the wedding venue we attended. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

There could have been a breakfast meat and the pool could be kept at a cooler temperature than 95 degrees...not refreshing in the summer time at all.

The key cards kept deactivating which was extremely frustrating and by the reviews I've read it's a common issue. The hot tub was out of order 2 of the 3 days we stayed.

This was by far one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Everything was modern and clean. The 2 women staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. There is a small truck that sits outside in front of the hotel that offers treats like ice cream and slushes so that was nice. The pool was beautiful although a bit too warm and a bit too shallow. We'd definitely start again in the future.

When we first arrived we didn’t get the room we booked. My booking showed two beds and a pullout couch. The booking the hotel had that booking.com sent them was two beds. So the first night we had to sleep in the room booking told them but the next day they let us switch. They said booking.com is the one that messed it up! It really made our first night ruff, one of my friends made the first night very unpleasant because she was so upset! I could of booked a two bedroom room for a couple hundred dollars less then we paid! I almost switched a few weeks before our trip but our one friend wanted the extra bed! The room keys/pads didn’t work half the time so we were constantly having to go in the front door to get into the hotel or go to the front desk to get let into our room!

The staff was amazing, breakfast was like most hotel food. The hot tub was nice and hot! The housekeeper brought us a cord we left behind in our previous room and I thank you again!

Shower was so loud through the wall, couldn't hear TV. Whoever painted was sloppy - got paint on nearby door, etc.

It had everything we needed. It was not elegant.Refrig and microwave in room were good. Parking is more restrictive than in the past: less room to park truck + boat. Breakfast was ok, better than in past. The new pool might be nice. Didn't have time to.go.there.

Not anyone's fault, but many places are closed Sun and Mon. Booked a mont in advance, and they said the indoor pool was probably going to be open, but it wasn't.

We snowmobiled, and the groomer barn is literally across the street! Moose Country groomers do an exceptional job! Jasper Ridge Brewing and Dining is 100 feet away. But closed Sun and Mon. Fuel and fast food is super close.
