I did NOT like the fact that AFTER I reserved and paid for this facility, that I was handed a surprise extra $100 for "cleaning services"!! I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb's and this is a first!!!!

I liked the fact that there were 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen. I had my daughter and 2 granddaughters with me. This was the perfect place for us.

A very minor comment: An extension cord in each room might have been handy. There were enough electrical outlets but not always close enough to where they needed to be. It comes with staying in a real home though, instead of a boring hotel room! If you book here, bring your longer charging wires.

Very well maintained! You can tell the owners love the place because some of the decor and furniture has been updated since all the online photos. There are even some little seasonal touches that I assume they come in and change regularly, right now there are autumn themed centrepieces and knick knacks. There is so much space compared to a typical hotel room. Especially in the living areas. So many sofas to relax on. The property owner is very accommodating and offered to make sure we had everything we needed, also offered to pick up a few groceries ahead of our arrival.

We were 6 people in the three rooms. There was one bathroom. That just took a little pre planning is all. Only thing that required us to use any brain power on for the weekend.

It was tremendous value for money, and it was a nice location. It's fifteen minutes away by car from downtown, and a fifteen walk locally from a grocery, bunch of bars, breweries and cool local establishments. It's a bit of older Chicago, but with some nice cool places to spend time.

The property is located in a industrial area. Very busy street and far from the city center. The traffic is a pain when plan to go to the downtown.

We had no negative experiences with the location.

We went for a three day stay for the Bruce Springsteen shows at Wrigley. The instructions to the location were terrific and getting in was very easy. Overall, I thought the location and property were terrific and the pictures don't do justice to how much space there is. The three bedrooms were great and everyone who stayed were very happy. The kitchen was terrific if you prefer to cook at the house. The living room had plenty of space and two comfortable couches. The dining area and outside deck were also great. The location was also a major plus. We were very close to places to eat and various shopping options. Uber rides to Wrigley were $10-$14 so very reasonable. The location was also very close to downtown so this was an added bonus. Every room was clean and they also had fans that could be used. I really thought the place was wonderful and the price was justified. We certainly recommended this place to our friends and will look to book it on any future trips.

There was a dart board in the house, but we couldn't find any darts.

The house was clean and the 10 foot ceilings really helped the rooms feel larger than they were.

I like to sleep with the TV on, and the bedroom I was in, I could only get Netflix to work, and it would stop after a few episodes and require me to hit the ok button to turn it back on.

The owner was very responsive when I had a couple questions.

Having only 1 bathroom and no dishwasher was inconvenient. The 3 beds all have mattresses that seem to dip in the center, so the beds’ occupants both end up on top of each other, in the middle of the bed.

No stairs! Comfy sofas. Choice of 2 coffeemakers. Central heat. Close to downtown.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the bedding wasn't the best quality.

The kitchen was well equipped, the patio was lovely to use in the mornings. Lovely common areas to hang out in. The owner went out of their way to fix the WiFi when we were there (they'd had a network issue) which was really kind.

It was super comfortable, affordable, and they were quick to respond and friendly. Location was really good. They even had a play pen and high chair for my 21 month old son! Parking was close by. Very pleased and impressed.
