I wasn't aware of other people staying in other rooms, maybe I just didn't pay attention to the listing but it wasn't a problem for me. I wasn't shown or greeted by the host, and with another tenant there instead to greet me it felt like I was impeding another person's private home.

Plenty of room for a stay. Not for a family if you're booking 1 room; for a person or 2 if you book one.

The room is located close to two other bedrooms that are also rented out and next to the kitchen. Unfortunately, one evening another guest decided to cook a late night dinner with their music on loud. For this kind of shared room-stay, I highly recommend earplugs. The other guest was accommodating when asked to turn off the music. Additionally, the next door neighbor keeps their light on all night, which filters into the room. So eye mask is also recommended. The host was kind and apologetic when I flagged the issues. They will likely take measures to improve.

The host was very responsive, kind, and helpful. Easy access to the room, which is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect for my needs.

As the name suggests a perfect home from home. The accomodation is amazing and has everything you could want to faciltate a great stay. Host was amazing and wonderful to meet and chat with. Cannot fault this place at all and will definitely return in the future.

I only wish I could have stayed to enjoy the luxury of their care longer. When I am back in Orlando, I will be booking here again.

Alan and Grace are exceptional hosts. Alan is available for any assistance, providing prompt communication and a warm welcome. Grace's lovely, very clean and elegant attention to every detail in the room and bathroom leaves you feeling like royalty...I left feeling like a friend.

The room was upstairs and stairs were steep and it was a room in a house there was no TV in the room and were not supposed to eat in the room . That is ridiculous

Perfect location! Right in the middle between the beautiful springs / state parks, Apopka Lake and Universal Studio / Disney. Alan and his wife Grace are more than kind and generous, it truly lives up to its name of a cozy pad!

I've stayed one night. Alan is a wonderful and friendly host. I arrived late and he waited to show me around. He also offered pick-up support from the airport and gave me hints for sightseeing. The house is located in a calm neighborhood and the room was great - as outlined in the description. I would stay again at any time. Thanks to Alan and his wife.

Located in a very calm and serene neighborhood. The room and bathroom are spacious, with new furniture and a comfortable bed. Everything was exceptionally clean. It is also possible to use the kitchen. Moreover, Alan is a very kind and friendly host. I would totally recommend.

everything was perfect again! Alan and his wife are amazing hosts! the room and bathroom were soooo clean and smelled fresh and clean! the entire house is very organized and clean! They really make you feel comfortable and at home! love the welcoming details and instructions! the House is nearby shops and whole foods especially if you have an electric car you can charge it there! I would only suggest adding a mirror in the rooms (even a small one would do great to help with makeup or quick check-up) Thank you again!!!
