How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Cleaners only emptied the bins and changed the towels the entire 4 nights we were there. Not once was the sheets charmed or beds made. I asked for a room to see the Bellagio fountains when I booked, and they gave it to someone else, we got a part view. Lady at check in was abrupt and rude. Seemed like tough work to speak or answer questions.

The location is excellent - in the center of the strip between the Cosmopolitan and Bellagio Hotels. This is an apartment with full kitchen facilities. The suite price for what you get is excellent. You can't purchase any decent groceries in our immediately around the hotel. You need to use your car to drive away from the Strip area to purchase groceries for meals in the suite. The best restaurant for dinner near the hotel was the Ocean One Grill across the street at the Miracle Mile Shops - good food at an excellent price.

We were pleased with everything.
Location and the fact we could be that close to the strip and not have to stay in a casino/hotel. We are all non smokers so really loved the fact that your property is 100% smoke free.

I didn’t like the fact that the parking and to the recept and from reception to the building that we are in, it’s really a long walk imagine with luggages. Of course it will be easier to do your check ins then go back to your car and unload again but it’s just cumbersome. Also we got a facing that is to the other building instead of bellagio, even though we requested for the bellagio. So be prepared that the hotel maybe full when you check in and the bellagio fountain facing rooms will be taken.
I love the location, be prepared to do some walking to nearby food establishments. I guess the land sizes in Vegas are just huge so walking from point to point is really far. I love that the parking is included in the fee. The rooms are spacious

We loved the room, the spaciousness of the room. It was such a clean place to stay. Our interactions with staff were great, we had no issues at all with staff. The location is fantastic. This place is a hidden gem in a town full of top hotels, I’d stay here over them anytime . The photos on the booking sites don’t do this place justice, it’s better than was shown. We didn’t need parking so can’t comment on that . We had a room on the 5th floor so had partial views which was a bonus .

We had a room with the view towards the wall with almost no light from outside. It was expectable (as i red many reviews that told exactly the same), but anyway strange feeling
The accommodation is a bit tired, but spotless clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Absolutely central location, just left hand from Bellagio.. Spacious parking. They provide to you coffee so that you can start into day with some caffein in your blood.

A little noisy early in the morning when trucks are picking up trash in the ally. Windows should be replaced to have better sound insulation and cleaned as they were very dirty
Spacious and clean apartment, right on Vegas strip. No Casino entrance, convenient free parking and views of Paris hotel and the strip Easy and fast check in/out and great value for money. Option to use cosmopolitan pool was great, easy access thru Cosmo to bellagio/Aria tram
