The night was very cold, and there was no heating option at all in the cabin. We had to sleep with hoodies and socks on to keep warm although the blanket was nice and thick, but not enough. Also the water took in the evening and morning about 10 minutes to warm up.

Chris was very nice and friendly welcoming us. The location is perfect, quiet near the river. The cabin was clean, the beds were very comfortable

Some amenities for heating up water would've been nice maybe a microwave. Or a hot plate.

Ring was comfortable plenty of pillows and blankets a little rustic but not too rustic. Just what we expected for the type of room that was advertised.

WiFi might be free but doesn’t really exist out in the trailer where I stayed and when it did appear as an option it only had one bar. I was one of the trailers closest to the check-in building so there should have been signal. Had to use the community’s public Wi-Fi while it was working. You cannot reach anyone by phone though they are pretty quick with the message replies. Because of that my experience really lacked any human interaction. It was still a nice place but for me, probably not $250 worth.

It’s in a great location, though the direction link from booking.com was not accurate. Typing the address into Apple Maps worked.

Never did get the heat to work and October nights were cold. No TV for night time entertainment.

I think the cabin could be cleaned better.. at first glance all is well. Kitchen area was cleaned but then as you go to cook there are cob webs in the corner with a spider as in the bathroom above the shower. Doors needed cleaned.,but the bed was clean and comfortable. And all in all for a cabin was not overly upset. The important areas were okay.....toilet,sinks,shower,bed

I like the proximity to redwoods ( 5 minute drive)but also to so many beaches along the sonoma coast area.all within a 10-15 drive. Bodega Bay is only about 20- 30 minute drive. I liked the camp ground. The cabin was perfect for our needs. I really enjoyed the balcony. The kitchenette was functional and very cute. I liked to be able to walk to town,but be aware homeless population is evident .

The windows were easily opened from outside on the deck and there was no way to lock them, even though there had been a lock at some time. This means that there iA nice plqs no way to secure possessions in the cabin. The management person we spoke to pooh-poohed the idea of providing a simple lock. We also didn't enjoy the abrupt change to cold water in the middle of a warm shower.

Cabins are thin (but cute) so the screaming baby kept us up. No tv to drown it out so we each day with headphones on to sleep. Not any fault of the property.

There is no insulation at all. I can hear the other guest next door, every single step and noise they make. I didnt sleep comfortably because of this.

The Manager is friendly. Also, it is in a prime location near to restaurants.

Didn't know there wasn't AC so maybe having that stayed on the info would be helpful for others. We also never had hot water to shower we ran the shower for 15 mins and it never got hot. Luckily the river moves fast so that made up for not being able to shower.

The location is the best!! Near everything and the river is right there. Loved the town and the cabin was cute and little.
