Dirty towels in the room when we got there and we were there three days without housekeeping

They were very helpful and doing their best but short staffed and the rooms were dirty

The room had no electricity for the TV in the refrigerator microwave they ran out of towels one day and we had to do without towels . The first room they gave us had no air conditioner that worked it just was not a good place to stay not worth the time or the money

Our towels were wet yet folded, no trash bags in the room, couldn’t find the tv remote and tv wouldn’t even turn on, and there was hair in one of the beds like the blankets haven’t been washed

I liked the room and that you get two beds and that it’s close to a lot of food places

Pool was not working. As stated. We had room next to us with 8 people in it being loud through out night. No toiletries. Only one towel. No trashcan .no coffee pot no fridge.

Room was ok . Clean . Pool was not working. Parking was ok. Toilet was loose on floor moved with you . No toiletries one towel . Room was passable. No coffee pot or fridge.

The room/bathroom could have been a cleaner. And there wasn't any breakfast. There wasn't a phone in the room. Their wasn't any towels. There was ashes and cigarette's butts on the floor.

We liked the location of it.

Did not feel safe. Door didn't lock and someone looked like they were selling drugs in the back. Bathtub was filthy and had to be bleached before using.

The staff here are all nice. Ashley was great and very helpful. The manager that came on this morning was friendly also but I didn't catch her name.

The place is falling apart. Holes in the carpet, holes in the tub. The pool was filthy, good thing it was closed. Rooms smelled horrible.

The staff.. they tried very hard to make it a pleasant stay but had nothing to work with. It's a dump. It was as clean as they could get it. Front desk was great.

This was by far the most disgusting and unorganized hotel I have ever stayed in. The sheets were filthy and there was no one to do the housekeeping. I wasn’t even comfortable to get in the shower with my bare feet. There were mysterious stains and pills that were found in the bed after we repeatedly asked for someone to clean the room and it was so disgusting.

The location was the only thing worth liking about this hotel. Its only saving grace is that it was close to some decent restaurants.

The bathroom had left over debris from obvious repair done prior to our arrival. The fridge smelt like death. There was a rodent trap left in plain sight in our room. The duvet covers were just that because they were missing the actual duvet itself. So slept with basically a sheet. The keypad didn’t work aka they didn’t have a key for us to use and we had to wait for maintenance to come let us in. We tried to ask for a refund due to the issues but were declined. Would not recommend.

The floor in front of the sink was wet and gummy. The tub was dirty. There was white powdery stuff on tv stand. The tv remote didn’t work. Some of the furniture was broken. Only one set of towels

A proper set of bedding that was clean and over all cleaning.

No top sheet on the bed, no blanket, only the fitted and a thin (cigarette burned) “comforter”. Hair on the wall of the shower and floor of the shower and bathroom….anywhere I looked was unclean. I have photos.

This was the nastiest, place I've ever stayed. The pictures portrayed that it was nice. The heat had to be worked on arrival. There was no trash cans, the mirrors and artwork was filthy, the ice machine was broken, the paint was dirty, and there was no double protection on the door. The comforter on the bed was a thin and scratchy. This place needs to be torn down or at least renovated. For $10 more I could have stayed in a brand new hotel on the same street.

Also, breakfast was only coffee, cereal and toast. Juice machines didn't work.

Ice machine was broken. Room wasn't clean and I had to ask for towels and soap. No coffee pot or refrigerator. Bedding wasn't clean and blanket had hole in it. Bedside lamps and outlets did not work. I reported all this to the front desk and was informed they were doing their best. I'd stayed there before but this time was horrible. I won't use them again!Look at my description above.

There was no toilet paper, pictures off the wall sitting on the floor, broken furniture, a marijuana roach and stems in the ashtray, and mold in the refrigerator.

The lady at the front desk was pleasant, but there was nothing else we liked.
