The breakfast I had a Josephine's was stellar -- just delicious! The very best yogurt I've ever had; delicious zucchini bread, kiwi, and more! I was sorry not to be able to make Sunday's waffles & raspberries!

The mattress could be a little firmer.

I stayed in the Twinz room in the third floor. The room is huge, spotless, and super quiet. There is only one room in each floor, so no noisy neighbors. Ann Marie is a very gracious and accommodating host! Her lemon-blueberry bread is delicious!

Everything at Josephine's on the Bay was better than expected, a wonderful stay !

Breakfast was hand cooked right across from the table, fresh picked everything, extremely delicious and healthy. The structure was fantastic, beautifully themed room, private bathroom, and a great common room. Had a great sleep on a comfortable bed !! Highly recommend a stay, great experience !! The owners were great, hospitable and great conversations were had.

Breakfast was fabulous, hosts were friendly. Location is walking distance to nice restaurants, the carousel and sunset views along the Bay. There’s a great charter service that is convenient and timely if you’re not wanting to walk or drive. The host gives lots of information upon arrival and you can also just ask. We stayed in the twins room, which is right outside the large living room, which was nice.

Absolutely top notch! Not only was the food delicious and the settings amazing, but we were served like a king and queen. It could not have been any better. The charm was overflowing.

A more flexible breakfast schedule would have been nice. We are early people and are typically up and about quite early. A hot breakfast is available between 8:30am - 9:30am. It would have been nice if there could be options for early risers that may not necessarily be around during the defined breakfast times. For example, should there be a need to leave early, the B&B could offer a "Grab & Go" type of breakfast consisting of muffins or fruit (bananas, apples, etc.) or breakfast sandwiches, or yogurt parfaits, ... something like that would have been an excellent option. We had a really busy schedule. Although we paid for 3 days of breakfasts, we could only make 1 of them because we had too many places to be. We recommend discussing the breakfast option with the host before purchasing it.

The bedroom was a good size, clean and nicely appointed. The amenities, such as a common loft area with a coffee maker, and board games, was a good hangout location if one does not want to be confined to their rooms. The property's location is a close 10 - 15 mins walk to the beach and restaurants - great for people who love walking.
