We were in the standard studio. Easy access from parking lot. View of village rooftops and snow-covered mountains. Bathroom is near entrance, main living area with bed in center, counter/bartop divides living area from kitchenette. Well-stocked with dishes, pans, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, stovetop, utensils. Perfect for us, ski all day, enjoy preparing own meals. Restaurants and shops nearby. Next to June Lake Brewery-fabulous. Bet it's beautiful in the summer/fall as well. Front desk staff very helpful. Reassured us roads were open (winter storm passed through) in time for our arrival.

Very Nixe staff , we arrived very late but they taught of everything. Preparing a letter for our late check in giving us instructions how to get in our Appartement . You had everything you need for cooking . It was very cozy. We wished we could have stayed a little longer.

The property was well maintained, clean, and conveniently located. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We forgot our jacket in the room and they helped mail it to us later. The location was also good. We arrived in the late afternoon and went out to enjoy a quick evening drive along the June Lake Loop (CA-158) at sunset. Such a fantastic view and shade of sky!

The room was a little smaller than the pictures but comfortable. We did not need maid service, but it wasn’t offered anyway. We only saw the staff once while checking out.

The property was easy to find and located in a great location for where we were going and what we were doing. Letting us bring our dog was a bonus.

Nothing. Absence of contact with hotel staff was not a problem.

Check in was efficient - an envelope with my name on it, which contained the key to room and main instructions. The room was excellent as was the location - we could walk to an excellent Mexican restaurant. We had brought our own breakfast, however, there were options within a short walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean. An excellent stay.

I can't say that there was anything we didn't like. The shower was kinda small but there's not much that can be done about that.

June Lake is such a cute little town and the motel put us in a convenient location to be able to get around. The unit was clean and met all our needs. The staff was super friendly! We wish we had had the time to stay longer. If we are ever able to get back to the area, we will book there again.

Motel type rooms need more light, newer appliances. Stairwells were a little messy (there seems to be some remodeling).

Staff were excellent, friendly. They even babysat my dog. Location is excellent, between 2 lakes and near Mono and Mammoth Lakes. Daily room service is available, if asked for.

June Lake population is a little over 6,000, some seasonal. A couple of eating places were closed for the summer. None of this relates to the motel which was comfortable and the staff very helpful. It is a matter of context. I could say I would like to have eating options at the motel, but I do not believe motels have restaurants or eating option outside of a b&b in this community.

It has to be understood that June Lake is for outdoors type hobbies. Yes other people come to enjoy a wonderful environment. All of the establishments are mom and pop. The June Lake Villager Motel is on the corner of the Main Street with rooms off the Main Street. The businesses you would use in this peaceful community are all within walking distance of the motel. June Lake Motel offers a variety of room sizes and amenities. The rooms have been recently nicely updated. They have two open spaces.

Unable to open windows to allow for ventilation. An elongated toilet would be better than the small round one.

Very clean accommodations. It was quiet during our stay. Communication was very good! The bed I slept on was very comfortable. Though I didn’t use it, the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. The in town location was convenient.

This has nothing to do with the property, but parking in June Lake is challenging due to no open space.

Carpet a bit worn, needs new toilet seat. A few extras in the kitchen would be useful such as a paring knife and an extra wine glass (to total 2!). Great to have kettle.

Comfy bed with plenty of pillows & cushions, so doubled up as a sitting area. Large room, good separation between kitchen/dining area and bedroom area. plenty of storage space. June lake is a lovely, friendly community in an area of outstanding beauty.
