Blackout curtains would be nice. The room felt warm in general, had to open windows to cool off which worked fine. Microwave oven wasn't working but not an issue for us.

Great location and very clean. Older hotel but you get what you pay for. Great shuttle service from airport. We only stayed 2 nights but it would be great for an extended stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Small amounts of laundry detergent or liquid dish soap would have been nice but we went out to buy those.

It is not a fancy place but that was not a priority. We made breakfast in our kitchen and used the in room laundry machines. We loved having the extra space. While a little bit of a walk from downtown, it was right on the channel and near a nice little park and whale fountain. A grocery store was nearby as well. We were able to keep the windows open at night. It was quiet and homey.

The location is incredible right on the water and immediately proximate to a really pretty board walk. I loved how the staff left a bouquet of flowers for my stay on the kitchen counter. I appreciated the FULL kitchen with oven, stove, full size fridge, all necessary pots, pans and plate wear. I was surprised how little the sounds transmitted through the walls, windows, and doors. Room 1428 and 1430 are ideal with direct views of the harbor and mountains.

Coming from across the country having the clocks still set at daylight savings time is somewhat confusing. Not a lot of dishes and glasses available for a full kitchen.

Location is great. Walking distance to water front and Whale Sculpture as well as restaurants and grocery store. Large suite with full kitchen and washer and dryer in the suite. Room was very clean.

Location was good but not great. Would probably have preferred to stay closer to the downtown area. Many times it was difficult to get a ride in. It was mostly a transportation issue though, not the hotels fault at all.

Room was a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom, full kitchen and sitting area. A grocery store was in walking distance. Airport shuttle provided by the hotel was a nice bonus.

It’s a bit of a walk to downtown but it is very enjoyable walk along the water. so not really a negative in my opinion.

The room was very clean and looked like a small apartment with small kitchen, washer and dryer. Close by to a big grocery store and right by the water. All the staff were excellent, very friendly and made us feel welcome. I would def stay here again.

Nice location close to the path that hugs the water. Nice walk into town. Especially enjoyed the full kitchen - we bought some fresh shrimp and made dinner in the unit.

We weren't crazy about the location. We took two excursions and had to walk a mile downtown to the base of the tram for pick up and drop off,

We had a super suite, with a livingroom, bedroom and kitchen. The bed was comfortable and clean. We were provided with both free wi-fi and cable TV. The suite even had a washer/dryer unit.

Not super clean overall. The carpets were stained and furniture was a bit shabby. There were blinds but no curtains on the windows which didn’t give great privacy from the parking lot.

Friendly staff. Accommodated our three boxes of fish in their freezer. Shuttle service was great and easy transition for us and our fish to sister hotel, Frontier suites.

The room was not made up because of the pandemic. We had a 10-15 minute walk to town for eating meals etc. However, we did not mind this walking and enjoyed the park and sites between these strolls. They did not offer shuttle service to our departure destination in town, but the cab was easily called, prompt, cordial and inexpensive.

There was plenty of room in our suite with 2 TVs. There was a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. They offered very prompt and accommodating shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The photo was made from the park behind the Juneau Hotel.

The pull-out sofa bed from the first night did not have clean sheets. But Harmony took care of them right away and gave us a clean set of sheets and towels.

Great location. Walking distance from downtown and right across from a grocery store. All rooms with kitchen and washer/dryer which was great. Due to the pandemic, we were easily able to prepare our meals. Hotel has a shuttle service but it runs from 4:30 am to 10 pm and may require a wait. Overall, great experience and recommend to others. Front desk, particularly Harmony, was extremely pleasant and always happy to help or answer any questions.
