Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

Beautiful lobby, front desk staff extremely helpful and kind! King corner room on 31st floor lovely spacious room and bathroom!! Amazing view! Bourbon Steak House Restaurant staff and food amazing!!

What breakfast? Everything other than the power outage for an hour at 3am !!! That sit both me & my wife straight up when everything went quiet!! I called front desk to see if building was on fire! No his explanation was they was working in the restaurant 10 floors above me. I said u mean the Resturant doesn’t have its own electric service. He said no we have shut down the entire hotel! So I didn’t believe him & I believe it was a planned outage to deal with the electrical service entrance into the building. That’s the only reason to shut off the entire hotel. This was strike 3 though Strike one was the reason I booked this hotel was cause of the restaurant! It would be convenient for us not have to leave. However no one at booking.com or JW Marriott told me the restaurant was booked 3 months out! Pretty pertinent information wouldn’t u say!!! So they at the front desk didn’t care & made no effort as a guest staying there at 900 bucks a night to help me get in anywhere else. So a lone bellman named Christopher told us bout the restaurant next door & we got in there & it was magnificent. Not that the front desk gave a damn of course they was 12 & 18 yeas old or at least that was what they looked like to me & acted. Now the did comp the me the room after I called down at 3am & then he made no notes on my account so me & the front desk clerk had to call him off duty to get the discount he told me I’d receive. So when your give a damn is busted, it’s hard to fix & you can’t expect repeat visits!!

United StatesI don't understand why the city of Nashville emergency vehicles felt it necessary to run with the sirens at full volume all during the night. we were on the 25th floor and couldn't sleep for the fire trucks and ambulances. at 3:00 am i really don't think the noise is necessary.
