Check in process is a little confusing when trying to put in the passcode to get into the building. Also, the property sound proof is not that good, as you can hear vehicle alarm in the middle of the night which is a little annoying.

The apartment is spacious, location is great, and 24/7 support.

The location of the apartment building wasn't ideal as it was difficult to find when driving and for any delivery person.

This apartment unit was comfortable for a 2 week visit. It featured a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The dishwasher wasn't great, but since I was on my own, I didn't mind hand-washing any dishes. The apartment was very clean and felt safe.

It was noisy with plane traffic and construction all around the building.

Very clean. Liked the full kitchen and huge bathroom. The fenced yard is great for dogs.

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. The cleaning crew could have done better with cleaning the bathrooms, it was hair everywhere.

We loved the location and the keyless access.

The entry code that was given for the front door didn't work. We tried it about 4 or 5 times. Thankfully a couple came up and was nice enough to let us in. Also, the instructions said to take your belongings with you. I would said leave them and go to the apt and grab the parking pass and gate opener. You can park on the same level as the apt and transfer your bags more easily.

The location was excellent and the view if the pool was great. Just wish it was warm to dip in.

The one TV in the living room

The place was really nice and clean but would have been better if you guys had TV's in the bedrooms. The one TV in the living area is not enough when you have kids with you. That was really the only down fall the one TV. Also you guys need info on how to control the TV. We could not find the sports or local channels

It was roomy and clean. Close to alot of things. Easy in and out

The king bed was too hard. And i have 3 kids. We couldn't help how they walk and the tenants under us kept banging the ceiling scaring the kids.

carpet in main room was so cdirty that all of us had black feet after waling on it for a few minutes, it apparently had been vacuumed but never really cleaned, very disgusting, wifi, slow and intermittent

The only casual seating was a sleeper sofa which was broken. The only other chairs were three barstools which my wife could not sit in. We notified the property, but they could not advise when someone could come to repair.We had requested a unit with a walk-in shower because she cannot step over a tub wall. 3 days before arrival we got notified that a shower was not available, but we could not cancel. I had to rent another hotel room elsewhere in the middle of our stay so my wife could shower. The cable company was doing installation work in the hallways including sawing holes, but no adavance notice of construction was given with our reservation.

The location had a nice pool area. The unit was clean and fully stocked kitchen and bathroom.
