I really wish the pools were heated. One of the main reasons I chose the property was for the use of the pool. Beautiful area, just way to cold to even dip our feet! I had some troubles getting into the property and had another issue once inside, however the staff was amazingly attentive and made sure the issues were handled quickly!

I really liked the layout of the property, it felt like home and I was able to provide a comfortable environment for my toddler. We stay in a lot of hotels so it was a nice change to be able to cook. We also enjoyed our walks around the pond. The location was great for us.

Parking lot was being worked on in front, but it wasn't an inconvenience

The accommodations are in an apartment complex so if you're' on the first or second floor, you will hear some noise from the folks above you... it wasn't awful and I only experienced that minor annoyance on one night.

The accommodations were wonderful... excellent location, ample supplies that were over and above expectations, very responsive customer service folks, and just an overall relaxing and comfortable experience.

That oarticular Kasa could use a bigger frying pan and a carrot peeler. That's all I can think of!

We had a couple of issues that occurred. The battery in the door was running out of power. The staff at Kasa immediately fixed the problem. I am not a tech-savvy person, but all of the arrangements by text went through without a hitch! Thank you!!!

My one complaint would be not alot of parking .. we drove around looking for parking several nights...had to chance it in a handicapped spot.

Minor issue with ants . We were in need of several things but management delivered what we needed within a day.

Time flew there’s so much you can do in south Florida that before you know it you have to check out I was sad to leave knowing that the bar kasa set for extended stays is now my standard

This location is right off the beach 🏖 accommodations are exceptionally clean and most comfortable.

While our unit was clean, we did notice some bugs that we had to contend with. Other than that it was a great stay. Having to input a code to get in was hit or miss sometimes. Having wireless or Bluetooth access would be easier.

We chose this property as it is 1 mile from family we were visiting. The apartment is nicely renovated and furnished. They provided basics like shampoo, soaps, and coffee. Better than staying in a hotel. We did not use any of the on-site amenities since we went to our family home daily. I would definitely stay here again.

Bed extremely uncomfortable. Patio door did not lock. Light switches were touchy and worked half the time. Walls have stains -oil.

Our condo smelled of smoke even though it was a no smoking condo. It was so bad when we returned home our duffle bags smelled so bad we had to put them in the washing machine. The name on the reservation for our stay said Kasa not oaises which I turn had us lost. Thirdly there were no light for us to find the number of the buildings and the reservation address was different then the building number.

Electronic door lock had battery problems, with no one to fix it. Had to change suites and wait for it to be cleaned. It was a parking lot view instead of the lake view that had the lock problem. All our luggage up to the first unit then down and up three stories to the replacement unit. We suggest that batteries in all your units should be replaced one a year in order to save a scrambled start to a rental. Staff was very nice to deal with but, couldn’t really help remotely.
