I was traveling for a girls trip. I was not very satisfied with our stay. There were a lot more stairs than was expected. Especially since we had an older person with us. All 3 beds were very hard and not comfortable...however they were clean. And the chairs in the dining room were broken and very unstable. We arrived after dark and the lighting on the building was not very bright at all.

The location was great at our venue. Very secure area. When we got there it was very clean and inviting.

When we cooked in the apartment, I was constantly getting emails and text messages saying I was smoking in the apartment. The smoke sensor should not be next to the kitchen. Should get rid of that sensor. Kasa will lose more customers than it's worth. I guarantee.

The arrival instruction were a somewhat unclear and we were not made aware of how many stairs are necessary with this property.

The location to the convention center and having multiple rooms with complete kitchen and enclosed parking were all pluses.

The furniture in the living room was laughably uncomfortable. No place to comfortably hang out except for the bed. Otherwise a fine stay.

NO tvs upstairs, walls are paper thin, and housekeeping cleanliness.

You own private space that's secure, with no contact entry, and had all essential needed. Washer and dryer, hairdryer, kitchen with appliances,much better than a hotel,motel,B&B, and directly in downtown area.

You had to park across the street and the walk including the steps were challenging when carrying bags.

I find the bed sheets and towels to smell a bit and the internet was not working and while we instructed to use a different wifi network it was not always working and would sometimes disappear for hours. There was also a some tile falling off in the master bathroom.

The layout was nice and felt very open despite the small size. The laundry machine was simple and easy to use. The kitchen was very clean and was well organized

Old carpet. Living room sofa was flimsy, arms were broken/loose. But management was prompt to offer to send maintenance over, and everything else worked well.

Large rooms, well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds. Great communication and easy virtual check-in and out. Dedicated parking space. Strong WiFi, Roku.

parking was ridiculously hard, directions weren’t very helpful. the upstairs was extremely hot, and some of the fans provided didn’t work. the power kept going out whenever I plugged in my blow dryer.

The only issue I had was the A/C was not working properly on the upper floor. But they did have fans in the rooms to try to cool it down.

The appliances in the kitchen were ancient and I had to go days with a broken sink. I also didn't have coverings in the bathroom window that was in the tub for some reason and everyone could see me naked as well as a window in the bedroom that was so bright I couldn't sleep past 7 am even if I was still sleepy.

I loved the natural lighting. I loved how comfortable the beds were and that they provided essentials for everyday living.

The AC does not work upstairs at all, but it works downstairs fine. The portable AC unit and box fans aren’t strong enough to sleep at night. We have three kids under five, and our mother was with us. We did not sleep all night because of the heat and bright lights outside the building. A simple curtain would help. I submitted a maintenance request to fix the AC and reached out to the property manager in the middle of the night, but they couldn't fix the AC, so we ended our stay one night early and drove home. We could not put our family through another night of no sleep. It was very disappointing.

There were a couple small things that made the apartment less than perfect. The blinds in the living room were broken, which affected the feeling of privacy and made it a little difficult for our son to sleep on the sofa bed in the living. Also the floors were unusually squeaky and loud. Neither of these are serious problems, but for the money spent it was unexpected.

The location is perfect for doing just about anything in the city. Access to the apartment and parking garage felt secure and safe. Property management was quick to respond to questions, and they gave very thorough instructions on how to handle the check in process, which was very helpful.

Very convenient location. It was easy accessing in and out of the apartment with the access code, especially with 4 adults in the family. We didn't have to deal with keys!

There were some small repairs that needed to be done to the property, but nothing that compromised the quality of our stay.

Nice apartment just a few blocks from the historic center of Louisville. The size of the rooms is neither big nor small, enough for a comfortable stay. Modern, cozy decor. Self check in went smoothly, just following the instructions on the website.
