Nothing, I liked everything!

The property was GORGEOUS. It was spacious and decorated so nicely. The location was PERFECT. I had never been to Nashville before so honestly had no idea how far I’d be away from things etc but everything is within walking distance. We had a car and the property allows you to park within the buildings car park so this was also convenient. The extras you get are so worth it, a pool and gym facilities. Can’t say we used it much because we were out and about every day but honestly staying in the property felt like you lived there. The neighbours are lovely, the location is perfect, the property itself is stunning. It had everything we needed I couldn’t have asked for more! Being from the UK we are obviously cautious about the US and their gun laws, but we felt so safe in the property and the surrounding area. I will 100% be staying again!! I’m annoyed I didn’t get any photos but I promise it was perfect!!

I liked the how easy the check-in process was, liked the apartment and the location to downtown. The apartment and facilities were excellent.

lots of construction going on around the area which was quite noisy at times. The check in was a little laboured as our key wasn’t in the drop box. It got sorted but the waiting for a text back was a bit annoying.

Really lovely apartment, everything you need for a self catering holiday. Finishes are all a high standard and it was well equipped.

*Light/Fan in master (king) bedroom had a mind of its own. Light turned itself on twice and fan changed speeds during the night. (Neighbors remote operating our fan?) *TV remote didn't control volume

Location was great. walking distance to everything. View from windows was great. Security seemed good. Pleasantly surprised by check in & out, was a little worried since first time trying phone check in but it worked fine.

No tv in bedrooms, no room darkening curtains in bedrooms. Way to much light coming in at night for us to sleep well. Couldn’t use pool as to cold.

The apartment made loud noises in the middle of the night (we think originating from the vents and/or bathroom) and we ended up having to wear ear plugs. Staff were really responsive and came to look at it for us (which did stop an odd alarm sounding noise going off) but after this there were still loud bursts of noise at random times during the night, which was such a shame as it was such a nice apartment otherwise.

Beautiful apartment, good location, comfortable beds and responsive staff. Was really impressed overall.

We would have liked our rooms right next to eachother.

The view of both rooms that I booked were phenomenal. Kitchen stock with everything needed including coffee maker. Parking was a bit difficult. One of our rooms did not have a pass to enter the proper parking garage.

very minor but would have liked a dark makeup flannel provided now by a lot of hotels to prevent staining the white ones

the apartment was extremely well equipped. location above a whole food s supermarket was great for meal options The pool, lounge library and games area were very classy and we used them everyday of our week long stay. we got a late checkout option for a reasonable cost

The traffic noise was a bit much at times, but we honestly got used to it!

no working comfortable chairs in the room. we had one chair in the corner, but it was broken. Also, the bottom sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed. neither of these were deal breakers… but fyi

Great location In walking distance to lower Broadway, The Gulch and Midtown. Apartment was spacious and clean with all required amenities. Wholefoods supermarket directly underneath apartments was ideal for supplies. Communication from Kasa around check in and request for late check out was great.

Not great seating in the family room. Couch cannot accommodate 4 people and the chair is not comfortable so we could never all relax together. It is a little on the noisy side due to construction next door. Also thought it was cheap to ask us to pay $75 for a late check out (which we didn’t end up doing because of the cost)

Good proximity to downtown activities. Very spacious for our family of 4. Easy check in. And free parking is a huge plus as well as the washer and dryer in the unit

The blinds in the bedroom were locked (or broken) so didn't get to enjoy the view. The smell of the apartment was a little strange at first in a sewage kind of way. No information or word on getting my damage deposit back, as of today 96 hours out from my stay--left the apartment cleaner than I found it. Otherwise I don't think there was anything wrong with this stay.

I appreciated being able to text someone for anything I need, and the front desk service at this location was excellent (even though we're not "supposed" to speak with the front desk about any issues). Very convenient and walkable to downtown area. Appreciated the decorations and found the entire place to be really charming, especially being able to look out and see the pool. The pool areas are fantastic by the way, enough to make the whole trip worthwhile.

The blind to the balcony where that was the only window with natural light didn’t work so I couldn’t use it. Also the checking in and out was difficult and older people would struggle with the virtual thing.
