I loved having the indoor heated swimming pool accessible! My 4 year old developed so much confidence in the water by swimming every day! There were so many restaurants nearby!

The apartment 515 was not clean! Urine on the toilet, coffee table not wiped off, floor had not been cleaned. The shower needs to be redone, mold. Was very disappointed!

Parking. If you want to avoid garage parking, the street parking is limited.

Fantastic location. Central to downtown, Oakland, Mt. Washington and the North Shore. It’s a beautiful building with a lot of amenities. The apartment had a good amount of space, a full kitchen, 2 baths. It’s great for a small family. And it had a wonderful view. It was also within a short walking distance to the Southside Works, with restaurants and shopping.

Very clean , very modern, spacious, and centrally located. Beautiful, window-filled condo. Wish we had more time to use the gym and pool. I like the door codes instead of keys!

Parking wasn't included. There is a Keurig machine but only enough creamer for 2 coffees total. I thought they would replenish but there was no turn down service. Bed needs upgrade Tempurpedic or at least pillow top.

Despite the images shown on the Bookings posting clearly indicating parking was included with the unit rental, it was not. Kasa was unapologetic about the pictures providing this misleading information on the parking, which was disappointing. The air conditioning within the unit was also unusually loud.

Apartment was reasonably roomy and the location was good for exploring South Side flats.

the door code didn’t work at the main lobby entrance - tried two separate nights. not a dislike but a heads up - the bathtub drain stopper didn’t keep water in the tub and the upstairs bathroom sink has a slow drain.

Great location, safe and secure, lots of great amenities for our family to feel at home. we appreciated the views, we’ll appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and the pool, and we’re thankful for the covered parking during all of the rain.

When trying to find your way to the parking garage from inside the building, go through the door marked "Not an Exit" and this will take you to the parking garage. We had to ask a current resident because we were reluctant to go thru this door.

We were disappointed that the garage was no longer included in the booking. But otherwise, everything about the stay was amazing. Be prepared to walk, though -- the hallways are long!!

The Kasa delivered on all fronts -- the apartments were spacious and well-appointed, with great amenities. The entirely text-operated support staff came through whenever we had an issue, with very quick response and were able to manage a very complicated booking situation. The location was very convenient and the only drawback was the garage was no longer free (which I hope they've updated in the description). Overall, an amazing stay.

The only thing that could be approved upon, is the instructions for the keypad at the front entrance and clearer directions for the entering the building from the garage.

The apartment was very nice and clean and located in the heart of everything. We enjoyed our stay, as we were there for our daughter's graduation.

Getting to the parking deck from the Kasa was a bit confusing but the staff was helpful. The one bathroom was downstairs but the bedroom is upstairs, not something I’m use to when you visit the bathroom often or in the middle of the night. Construction is still going near the river but they don’t work on the weekends so that made it better. Also, being near the river is nice but be ready for the boats and trains noise and horns.

Great location, has everything within walking distance like local grocery store, restaurants and food trucks, spa, gyms, brewery, bowling and arcade, a great bike/walking path. The Kasa has amazing amenities including a small sauna, hot tub and inside heated pool, spacious courtyard with lots of seating, fire pit and games. Nightlife was great for family and friends. Night clubs and lounges are only 10-11 minutes away. We really enjoyed the cigar bars and mechanical bowling. Be aware if visiting during the week, the bars stop serving food around 10 and close around 11-midnight.

The literal only thing, and this is almost petty, would have been access to ice. The freezer has no trays and the ice maker in it wasn’t on or connected, I’m not sure.

This room was exactly what I was looking for and needed. Great for some rest and relaxation.
