The place needs to be in better condition….too many repairs needed to be done while we were there . Paid too much considering all that needed to be done. Not senior friendly…no safety bars in tub or showers. Bed too high.

Even though the rental unit was privately owned, we reported 1 major issue and 1 minor issue once we checked out--these issues were there even before we checked-in (both related to water draining and water management in the bathrooms)

The lagoon/beach at the property was beautiful and very accessible and fun to use. Close to some decent restaurants and a market.

If I had to suggest any improvement would be parking. The parking spots in the garage are very skinny and we had a building support pole next to our spot. I always worried we would hit or scrape the side of the car. This was a minor issue!

The location and the view were incredible. I loved being on the ground floor by the pool. Not as private as other locations but exactly what we needed! The Beach Villa Staff was super nice. Grounds, Pools were very clean! Nice and quiet away from the bustling Waikiki but close enough to drive to for shopping and excursions! Close to Dole Plantation, Kohana Distillery, North Shore and so much more! Target, Costco and plenty of restaurants close by in Kapolei!

dishes in the cupboard were dirty - some looked unwashed. towels smelled like dirty rag when it got wet.

location and beach toys were great! comfortable bed. Great kitchen gadgets, large living area, beautiful lawn/patio, etc ❤️

I felt that there seemed to be some miscommunications in the emails prior to arrival. Once we arrived however, all went smoothly.

We loved the set-up of the condominiums. There were great pools, great beach access, very nice weight room, and a wonderful walking path between the many resorts. We had a wonderful porch to sit on during the day.

The interior decor is dated. the bedroom carpet needs replaced. dishwasher and dryer needed multiple cycles. blankets or throws would be nice for the sofa. better cookware would be nice. Better beach chairs would be an upgrade but we were fine with what was there. overall it was a great location and atmosphere. Better than the Marriott and Disney for sure. Very family oriented but not too crowded.while the decor appointings were done well at the onset, it’s time to refresh with new paint, linens, new chairs and modernize for value to exceed expectation. the general location however was superior!

we loved having the ground floor. Very groomed grounds on the property. loved the beach lawn. appreciated the quiet pool area after 9pm. parking below ground was convenient and overall great security. Beds and linens were very comfortable. loved the patio door access to the beach. access and walk to the beach was excellent. Monkeypod was excellent restaurant in walking distance but crowded. Costco and Walmart nearby and we did most meals in the unit. Did outings everyday but be back for sunsets!

Dryer takes FOREVER to dry anything. Even though we followed instructions to adjust temperature of AC, it kept reverting back to the set temperature (74 degrees) rather quickly (within the hour). Therefore, every night, it was warm and sometimes uncomfortable to sleep. During the day, the temperature is OK. However, since we run hot, we would need the room to be cooler to sleep. Pump to add air for innertube did not work. Suggestions: Add vanity mirror in bathrooms. Hard to see anything close up Add body-length mirror Add USB outlets into kitchen counter, on nightstands (electrical outlet was hard to get to and outlets were full already) Add Channel List for TV in main room

Location of unit (near to pool and beach), distance to parking, overall property cleanliness, friendly staff. Within unit, appreciate that basic essentials in kitchen were provided (ie salt, pepper, coffee filters, food storage containers, etc); beach chairs, beach towels, good quality paper towels and toilet paper (not cheap, flimsy ones), plenty of towels, washer and dryer, loved the split dishwasher

Loved being able to walk out into the garden straight to the pool and how close the lagoon was. It had beach towels and toys as well as a pack and play.

People walk through the shared garden in front of the lanai to get to the unit next door, so it feels like they’re walking into your ‘home’. The main window shade didn’t work and it only got fixed the day before we left, so we were in darkness from natural light almost the entire time in the unit. It took days to get it fixed, we were told on day of arrival it would be looked at. The property manager was nice and the staff always very friendly.
