Everything perfect. Excellent location easy to national park. Amazing staff, Tricia very helpful and kindly. Highly recommended. Due to bad weather, we have to change mind, have to leave early. She's very kindly and fix it shortly.

We were promised a ground floor, King room but the new person at the front made a few major errors, one of them involving getting a 2nd floor room instead, double Queen. Roy, the hotel manager, offered to fix it all for less than our original price but, after already vacating one room we settled for the discount on floor 2/queen beds. I think this type of error was a one time thing having to do with new employees.

There's no gym in the hotel but there's one in town that, at the time of this posting, cost $8/day. The breakfast has two similar but different options in the two adjacent hotels that are a part of the Kelly Inn. I didn't think, after trying the food, it worth it to be too concerned about the fact that one had French Toast while, instead, the other had another egg choice, etc.

I forgot to mention that the inside door handle was falling off in Canyon Building room 122.

Wonderful that you don't charge extra for pets! Loved the large room with 2 Kingsize beds. Breakfast was pretty good. We enjoyed the hot tub. Nice staff. Convenient to Yellowstone!

We were on the second floor and the first night the people above us were stomping across the room late at night and then early in the morning. Then our last day there was a bus of seniors that woke up early at 6:00 am and were talking loud and walking back and forth the hallway. It was very annoying . They acted like it was 9:00 am. We drove 16 hours to get there and we were tired.

For the most part we really liked our stay. If I had to say one thing they could really update their microwaves. Pretty outdated as it had a dial where you can’t really tell what amount of time it was set for. It served its purpose though to reheat coffee or tea. Didn’t pop popcorn very well though.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Stayed here for 7 nights and were comfortable the entire time. Breakfast was great and they changed it up daily. Staff was very polite courteous and friendly. Room was clean. Really enjoyed the parking exit to/from our room. Hot chocolate was absolutely fantastic. Did not disappoint. Nothing but good things to say about Kelly Inn.

Nothing, this is a great hotel

This is fantastic hotel. Easy, free parking. 24 hour front desk with complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours. Complimentary full hot/cold buffet breakfast Heated ool and spa until 11pm Guest laundry open 24 hours on ground floor Rooms a huge, beds comfortable and the hotel is located right at the Yellowstone National Park entry gate.

Loved everything

We booked for 4 nights as wanted to visit Yellowstone park for my birthday. We couldn’t have booked a better place. The room was charming. It was clean, well heated and the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Breakfast selection was good and changed daily.
