Only drawback was a little close to the road with fair noise when windows open.

Comfortable and great proximity to Glen Ellen, Kenwood, and multiple wineries. Convenient and available EV charging. Cookies, breakfast, and wine/cheese each evening. Excellent warming pool!

The front desk while helpful it is wee bit incompetent. Asked to charge the spa services to a different credit card b/c it was a present and they completely messed it up despite reminding abt it twice. And it required an additional phone call after checking out to get it straight.

Only two issues that we ran into during our one night stay......the room itself was quite closed off and lacked any view at all, and the TV kept turning itself on in the middle of the night and we had to finally get up and unplug it from power. I would expect the TV to be replaced/repaired and this would not be an issue for another traveler. There are many other beautiful rooms at this Inn, so our advice is to just be selective in advance when choosing.

Lovely Inn and our stay was pleasant. Able to check in early. Strong communication via text prior to arrival. Cookies upon arrival were spectacular and the front desk person was delightful. The property is quite nice and we were given a very nice tour of the property in route to the room. The location, though it sits extremely close to the the highway, is quite nice.

Breakfast could have more varieties. Seating areas outside could be covered from rain, which is expected in winter.

This was an amazing property. The grounds are beautifully maintained and many small details, such as the jasmine, add a wonderful touch. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The servers at breakfast were amazing and quick! The property even sent a complimentary bottle of champagne and treats to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary!

The noise level in the breakfast area is an awful way to start the day. Not only is loud music playing during the breakfast service 730-930, but the area is very noisy due to poor sound mitigation. There needs to be some acoustic baffles installed to reduce the echoing.

We only had two negative points for this property: - The first being that there's no transportation options, no taxi's available in the area and the hotel did not provide a transport facility. I believe the hotel should look into this as I think it would enable more people to stay at the hotel. - The second was that there's no restaurant for lunch or dinner; it was difficult in the evenings to be able to go and get food from elsewhere because there was no restaurant at hotel and no taxis'.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful: - The rooms are spacious and clean, and the fireplace was stunning. - The pool area is relaxed and private. - The hot tub area is lovely, we used this in the evenings as it was wonderful. - The staff were kind, polite and very helpful. - The breakfast was perfect, different hot options available daily and a variety of fruits and lovely juices. - The arrival glass of Prosecco was a nice treat and the complimentary cookies available at reception were delicious.
