The elevator trapped u inside, or took entirely too long to open its door. Staff didnt speak any English but they were friendly! The pool closed earlier than most others in the area

The pool was nice, access to private beach was also really good!! And I liked the decorations around the room!

The apartment itself was spotless apart from the bedding which was stained and looked as if it has blood on it which is pretty horrible. The fridge/freezer didn't seem to be working in our apartment.

The staff were lovely! The pool area was nice and quiet, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed and the area is really nice to wander around in.

I didn’t use/need any kitchen equipment so I can’t speak for that but perhaps it could be improved.

For the price paid, I would expect at least bottle of water in fridge, some basic spices in the kitchen and few shots of cofee. Also, kitchen could be furnished with kitchen towels. Internet in my room was not working, we did not have accession during our stay.

I really felt like it was great for the cost. It’s right next to the Ritz Carlton and we went there for dinner and drinks. The pool is nice the bed was comfortable. I had a nice time and the island is a gem.

The pool looked okay but we didn't use it due to the weather. It wasn't in the best shape and there was all kinds of crap around the pool which should have been removed.

The apartment was clean and well furnished. The staff was so nice. The place could use a little TLC and the exterior doors on the rooms could use a coat of paint for an inexpensive first impression. The apartment was very comfortable and cute. the first impression was poor because the door was a mess and it seemed like a reasonable fix. The reviews of this place were overall pretty terrible but not only was it clean and the people kind but it was minutes walk to the beach. We will go back but I want my door painted to welcome me. :) Parking was easy in the lots.

One of our party accidentally left an iPad behind. We tried to call and email. You cannot reach anyone and the staff really didn’t care. No follow up despite many attempts. Absolutely the worst service I have experienced. We had a large group with 4 rooms for over a week. We are planning on returning next year with more, guaranteed we won’t be looking at this facility.

The room upstairs was not too cold. A split unit upstairs would be perfect. The TV was very small. Not enough towels.

The location was good. We enjoyed the private beach. The room was spacious. The check in and check out process was easy.

Communication with the staff was difficult both in the sense of the language barrier and that hotel staff were only randomly available.

The beach access and proximity to all of the shops made it a central location to stay.

Definitely a very tired property, it is maintained and everything functions, but it feels run down — however that is reflected in the price

Located on a nice street within easy walking distance to beach and restaurants & shops. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a short / medium stay

The room was a bit dated and not like the pictures reflected online during booking. A bit of a surprise upon arrival, but it was manageable.

Location, easy check in process and huge square footage to spread out and enjoy.

The apartment is not the same as in pictures. No decoration, very old, lots of things was broken. This place has a potential but need a big renovation.

The apartment is big, the swimming pool is nice and the access to the beach is also something nice to have! We was well welcomed by the person at the reception

Kitchen is practically bare - no paper towels,bowls, mugs, and just enough silverware for 2 people. Very rusty, outdated kitchen Living room has just one small sofa - nowhere to really relax and watch tv. No soap?! Enough towels for just 2 people. There must be a Dollar Store somewhere!!

Great Air Conditioner, Great location, Beautiful Beach! The staff was super friendly and helpful, with early arrival and easy check in. The apartment was large and the pool, facilities were good.
