There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

The property was lovely and laid out very well. You felt like you had plenty of privacy. There are 2 pools so there was always a spot for you and it never felt crowded. The breakfast area was relaxing. The food is what you would expect for a hotel. Our room was roomy and we enjoyed the sitting area in front. The staff was amazing! We could easily walk to Duvall street, Mallory Square, and the southernmost point and the local parks and we were not in the middle of all the action so it was quiet. We would definitely stay again.

We thought that the location and the property were excellent. The free parking was a must for us with a rent a car, the free continental breakfast was great and location by the pool was perfect.

Our room was incredibly small. Literally just 2 feet of walking space on the sides of the bed. Looked NOTHING like the pictures advertised when booking. Same with the walk in shower that’s shown in the pictures. We had a normal tub and shower just like we had at home. I splurged on this trip for our anniversary weekend and feel they underdelivered.

The grounds were beautiful, lush, and well kept. The bed was comfortable.

The pools are a bit small, and the breakfast space was pretty crowded in the morning.

Very cute bungalows that are thoughtfully decorated. Each seems to have its own private outdoor space which is nice. The property is somewhat tucked away from the Main Street making it quiet but it is only a short walk away from all you’d want to see in key west! The front desk staff were really nice, plus we got two free spritzers on arrival and got to check in early. I think this was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

There were no towels at the pool for most of the day, and for a $35 amenity fee per day there should be plenty of towels.

In a word ... breakfast. I knew it was continental so no complaints about content, when it was there. We were there 4 nights. At three of the breakfasts they had run out of coffee. Twice milk, once eggs and twice orange juice. I suspect that hospitality staffing levels post-pandemic meant that they were short of a supervisor.

The room was v good although other guests would occasionally be sitting on our private patio. Reception staff were very helpful. The location was excellent with everything largely walkable.

Breakfast buffet was very good but always out of coffee, utensils, yogurt, etc. napkins provided just cocktail napkins. Just not well organized or stocked. No attendant to be see what was needed before it ran out.

Loved the layout of the bungalows amongst the landscaping. Very clean. Bartender at happy hour was great.

By the cost the breakfast could be better, with more options of food and bevarage.

The pictures don't show all the real size of the hotel. It is big but cosy. Many charming white bungalows and apartments. The locations is good, almost close to the turistic points.

We were disappointed in what seem to be a less than full commitment by management to guest experience. Breakfast was an example. It was understaffed, and when we made suggestions for improvements that worked for a couple of days, but then tapered off to what seems like a normal half hearted interest in making sure all details were covered. The staff that was working was doing the best they could, but breakfast was clearly understaffed as a management decision, with spotty selection.

We enjoyed the grounds which were well-maintained. The music by the pool what’s a nice touch.
