Only downside & this was due to the ongoing renovations there was no breakfast facilities. We were offered morning beverages in the reception lobby but on request at reception they offered a coffee machine for our room free of charge which was fabulous.

Location was fantastic. Hotel newly refurbished & stylish. Staff very friendly & helpful.

The shower in the room was weird, made a weird noise at times and water wasn't very hot.

Couldn't beat the location to the TD Garden, it was a short walk, very convenient after a concert. The rooms were decent too.

The TV didn't work. We stayed there for 2 nights and asked 3 times for it to be fixed. Disinterested staff on the desk said they would add it to the maintenance list. It was never resolved whilst we were there.

The rooms were very small. Everything in the room had to be purchased. There was no coffee machine. The sheets were stained.

Noisy. Could hear guest in booth sides of the room at night while trying to sleep. Paper thin walls. Staff were not very welcoming as well when checking in and checking out.

Lack of soap is the only fault that I found with the room. The room had 1 thumbnail size bar for the room, for both shower and sink. This was a 2 night stay. I asked for soap and received 3 thumbnail size bars. The shower had 2 bottles of soap type products, one of shampoo and one of conditioner - but no body soap. I am bald.

Parking was extra. Couldn't find tv remote. Took forever for shower water to heat up and then it was difficult to regulate temperature, eventually figured it out though. Breakfast was disappointing. Pillows were uncomfortable but they seem to be at all the hotels so may e it's just me.

Location was superb. Decor very cool. Bathroom was very chic.

Not enough towels provided, no hair dryer, no coffee making facilities, a number of pieces of gym equipment was out of order, very little storage space in room.

The bed was uncomfortable, sheets were not high quality or soft, they used a flat sheet as the fitted sheet so it wrinkled and came untucked, pillows were flimsy, no king sized pillows for the king sized bed.

The "breakfast" was sub-par. At 9am I would expect that items would still be refreshed when gone, like cereal, but I was told sorry there is no more.

Staff was not friendly and didnt seem to care. Also there was no hairdryer in my room and no phone to call to get one. Had to call from my cell to get one .

Room- on the small side but ok for just a 1 night stay for myself and husband. No bar as pictured on website and no coffeemaker in the room as well. That was also described on the website. So either false advertising or update the website?

The room decor was nice and modern along with the lobby. Bed was comfy and no noise. Near TD garden. Loved the bathroom. Valet service upon arrival. Like the late checkout.

The heating system in the room was extremely loud. Wakes you up in the middle of the night. You also can't have a regular conversation it is so loud when on

No coffee machine or microwave in the rooms, the person at the front desk that checked us in was not very pleasant and did not provide us with any information about our stay.

Clean and comfortable. For a hotel in downtown Boston, it’s extremely quiet in the rooms, can’t hear the traffic or the noise of the city at all.
