My friend booked in the same hotel and his room was ready hours before mine. They put me on a text list, but never received any notifications and just had to keep checking at the front desk. There was one staff member that kept bugging me and my guest and at one point demanding $75 dollars cause I had over two guests with me at the pool when I confirmed there were three allowed. We paid him $75 just to leave us alone cause it became harassing and annoying. Everyday this same staff member had something to say to me or my guess, but besides that everything else was great.

The pool, the amenities, clean room and outdoor area. The staff was very pleasant, great location.

There were 3 of us travelling. Myself and my 2 sons. The bedroom arrangement was not good for 3 people and the bathroom was way too small.

Our room was tiny, badly maintained and the bathroom and wardrobe were tiny. We couldn't even open our suitcases on the floor it was that small and wardrobe was big enough for one person for a weekend. Reception staff also slow and not very organised

The rooms are a little dated. This hotel needs a renovation. Some AC is leaking, and the staff forgets what you ask them, unfortunately. But they are all very friendly and polite, but that's not the point :) overall, good vacation.

Room was too small for the price we paid.The bathroom is extremely small for just one person. Had to keep calling housekeeping everyday for extra towels because they would only put two bath towels in bathroom. Also had to call for toilet paper because they never refilled it. Also asked for body wash and it never came so I just bought my own at CVS. Also had to call on the first day because the drain in the bathtub was not draining water so they had to come and fix it. I also didn’t like that the refrigerator has no space to put things in because it’s filled with things to purchase. Last the iron was working but was broken on the side so you can see the inside parts of the iron.

Staff was very friendly. The location was excellent. Near the beach, food and shopping.

I wish the facilities were explained to me better when I checked in late at night - it was a tad bit awkward as an introverted solo traveller. There's a separate key card for the back entrance. Also, the pool is very noisy, which is understandable as there's a DJ and the fact that South Beach is a party area.

Loved the art deco aesthetics, the proximity to the beach and the location! Some of the staff were really friendly and approachable. The beach area was a great place to switch off and read my book.
