Liked the amenities but dissatisfied with the kitchen supplies AND ABILITY TO DISPOSE OF CONTENTS FROM WASTEBASKETS.

When it was windy outside, the wind howled through the front door. Lacked kitchen supplies such as bowls, plates, cups, glasses, utensils….Had to wash these things for EACH meal in order to have them for the next meal. In addition, there was no place to put/take garbage and bag of recycled items when the bins under the kitchen sink were full. We saw that other people simply placed their garbage bags next to the trash can on the first floor.

The shower felt a bit old and room cleaning only happened after 3 nights of us being there.

Location was great, with lots of great amenities and super friendly staff. Would recommend anyone to stay here for their trip to the Big Island.

The kitchen amenity was too basic and would have liked to have had basics like salt and pepper shakers, more variety of pots and pans but otherwise was decent. As a fair skinned / redhead did not enjoy having to pay for shade at the pools etc, Almost felt like discrimination in a way. Some of us cant be in the sun for health reasons!

All the amenities met our expectations and were quite enjoyable. Access to all of the Hilton amenities was paramount to an excellent vacation!

I did end up with 2 lotions and 1 conditioner and no shampoo but that was okay just would like to have a shampoo the next time. It was also hard to find even one chair to put our things on at the pool but that was due to the other people who were staying taking up chairs they were not using so no blame for the faculty. All in all no major issues which we are beyond grateful for.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the room itself, the spacious parking throughout the hotel, the refrigerator/stove/dishwasher. The staff was always super respectful, friendly, fast and efficient. I really enjoyed the texting as a way of asking the faculty questions and the fast responses. The pool was also a favorite.

Food/Drink services close at 6PM every day. Mondays basically EVERYTHING is shut down. No food, no drinks, no delivery. When I inquired about getting food the staff member was rude and said to go to the market, which was not helpful. After speaking with other guests, the hotel is losing TONS of money by closing so early. Lastly, the Kings Landing pools closed at 8pm while other Hilton pools close by are open until 10pm?

Beautiful resort. Pools are amazing. Large rooms. Shuttle service is convenient for near by shops.

combo washer/dryer--much prefer the stacked washer and dryer in other Kingsland units.Missing important kitchen supplies--larger frying pan, rice cooker measuring cup, measurement cups, measurement spoons--no shampoo

first floor lanai, pools, being able to cook and have a large refrigerator with ice maker. Appreciate discount golf fees and ample parking convenient to unit.

The shuttle took a little long, but it was during Holiday week so I guess I understand.

Love that the pools have water slides. The kids had a great time there and we enjoyed the other pools at the Hilton Village Waikoloa. The suite was perfect for our family.

A big plus was that we could use the pools at 3 different locations just for booking at Kingsland. Another big plus was we could cruise around Waikoloa Resort the rest of the day after we checked out. The room was clean. The dishes was still hot, as if it got done washing in the dish washer. A huge downfall about staying at Kingsland is if you’re only staying for one night, check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 10am the next day. Staying there for only 18 hrs for $300 is pretty crazy. I wish check out was at 12pm considering how pricey it is staying less than 24 hours there especially having kids with you. Unfortunately, it was storming the weekend we were there so it would’ve been nice to stay in a little longer and chill with my babies.

I felt that my bathroom was dirty and the dishwasher was not working properly they were still food on the dishes from the previous guess I had to hand wash all the dishes. I told her the staff and they were not very concerned which was a real bummer because I do love Kingsland

Absolutely love the property and the amenities, and that we have access to the Hilton pools.
