I believe most guests would complain about the bathtub in room 5 but I don't care I bring a bath mat. I also bring stuff to black out the front door window from the street light at night because the blinds are not dark enough for me.

A good nights sleep at the right price on a gorgeous 3rd weekend in August Peak tourist time on Cape Cod when all Motels have no vacancy and the prices are doubled at most locations. Stayed here in January too so I all ways come prepared with all my comforts of home.

I liked the layout--an old school motel with a nice sized room. Staff very friendly. Great value for money.

Room needed updating,bathroom needed bad updating,it smelled very musty, need darkening curtains there light shined into room all night long.microwave needed cleaning.

Older and needed work, new caulking needed in shower and faucet had a lot of mineral buildup. But the reasonable price made the trip possible!

Host was extremely nice, greeted you by name. Price was wonderful and it was adequate.

Probably the worst place I stayed in MA. It's exactly how people describe it. Old, a bit smelly, and dirty. Definitely needs some remodeling (remodeling = tearing down and building a new place). But I understand, that if you remodel, the price/night will be much higher. I guess cape Cod needs places like this, but I wish it was a bit cleaner/newer bedding...

The price is a little too high, for the quality you get. Unfortunately Cape Cod is expensive and quality is not there (in many hotels/motels, not just this one) if you're not willing to pay a fortune. Probably the cheapest place on Cap Cod if you don't count camps. The location is not bad. The staff is friendly.

They didn’t change my trash and give me new trash bags. Change to clean towels. And my family complained of not having toilet papers. My brother paid for and booked a King size room since Feb and now is July for his anniversary and they gave it away to someone else and still charged him full price.

There was stains on the comforter on the bed next to us, there was paint chips in front of the door the curtain rod kept falling off the window it overall didn’t seem well taken care of but the bed was comfortable and it was a place to sleep

On the booking site it said check out time was up until noon I received a call at 10:40 asking if we were staying another night and I said I thought check out was at noon he says no 11:00 we had to rush and pack etc and as I was loading the car I noticed out of the corner of my eye he was staring over a few times which made me feel a little uncomfortable so I didn't drop the key off I left it in the room everything else was fine except for just the bathtub which had a fitting put over the existing tub and evidently water got underneath that fitting so it was like you are on a boat lol

It was located just off of route 6 which was easy to get to parking is a little tight if you have a big truck but overall is comfortable and I liked it and at the time the manager at the desk was very friendly and talkative almost too friendly

I will say it was the cleanest Knights inn I've seen, and surprisingly decent.

It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning like it had said they would. Rooms do need to be updated and the electric outlets were faulty, but overall the room was fine for its purpose

Hotel is very outdated and not modernized at all The owner gave us towels out of his mini van…. No pool No outdoor seating The bathroom was dingy The carpet was filthy in the rooms It was a literally just a place to rest your head and shower The shower curtain had black mold on it Just wasn’t thrilled at all

The carpet could've been replaced and the bathtub at least re-glazed.

Due to COVID, there was no breakfast. The location was fine. Our king size bed was really comfortable and the bedding was clean and crisp. What we liked the most was the manager (?) Dillip. He was informative and overall very pleasant.

Very old and out dated. There was a gap between the main door and the wall outside. Bathrooms needed remodeling badly. Double queen room needed a bigger tv.
