Wall plugs did not work in some locations in the room. The phone did not operate to call the front desk. No individual small coffee pots in room. They stated Covid prevented them from putting them in the room. I have stayed at other hotels recently, they all had individual coffee machine without you having to leave your room to go get coffee. Rooms could have been cleaner. The floors needed to be mopped. The beds made horrible noises went sat or laid on. They sounded like a metal dump truck or heavy metal based item being bumped. I could not get ice out of the ice machine even though I followed the instructions of the desk clerk. The ice machine looked unsanitary for usage anyway.

I liked the breakfast. I liked the refrigerator and microwave.

Sketchy people staying in room next door and lots of foot traffic going in and out of their room. Bolt on door didn’t work. Toilet was dirty and still had remnants of a BM.

When I first turned the water on in the tub, it came out brown for several seconds!! It did not appear that they had a very high occupancy rate, so perhaps the water just sat in the pipes for a good while. I just let it run for a couple minutes with drain open, then plugged it & filled the tub & had a lovely bath, so it wasn't really an issue at all, just a surprise. If you're going to be staying at this hotel be aware that it is on the same side of the street a the Waffle House, & is tucked in a little lower level, so it really doesn't jump out at you when you are arriving. I ended up passing it & doubling back mecause me GPS said I had arrived, when I hadn't even seen their sign yet!!

It's very important to me to be able to take a bath when I rent a hotel room, as the getaway is intended to be a time of relaxation. Sometimes I find that a hotel HAS a bathtub but the plug doesn't work, or the water doesn't stay hot enough long enough to fill the tub. This hotel had a lovely tub with functional plug, & plenty of hot water. High point of my trip, to be sure! The veds & linens & pillow were fabulous! I slept very well.

Great location. Easy on and off the highway. Friendly staff. Breakfast at the hotel made it easy to get back on the highway. Good coffee.

Upon check-out, the staff member didn't show much genuine interest or appreciation for our business, which always surprises me in a competitive service industry.

Upon check-in I reminded the staff that I had requested a first floor room in a quiet area of the property which they eagerly accomodated. The room was clean and comfortable and there was no excessive noise. The breakfast included several hot food choices including eggs, sausage patties and links, biscuits, and gravy.

Nice clean recently updated room in a great location. They also had an excellent breakfast buffet with very friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Will definitely be staying there again next time we are in the area!

They could have answered my questions truthfully honestly I ask for one room suite I paid for extra for one room suite I got a standard hotel room It was false advertisement My sheets were dirty with stains the breakfast was rubbery misrepresented there was no pool It was more like a motel 6

The ac was off, and the room was very hot when we entered it. We arrived at 9:30pm and it took the room about an hour to cool off enough for us to comfortably go to sleep. The breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had.

It was a cheap one night stay. Fairly clean!

I didn’t like nothing about this and I thought we was getting a suite what was advertised but it was a regular room

Wi fi didn’t work we ask for the room to be clean they didn’t they laid sheets on the table we had to clean our own room mold on ceiling bed had like a filing cabinet bottom so mad noise when we sat on it

We have no complaints!

We only stopped in for a few hours to get some sleep before finishing our drive the next morning, but we were very pleased with the room and staff. The front desk gentleman who checked us in was so very pleasant to speak to and helpful.

The rooms and facility were clean, the breakfast menu was really great, the owners were very sweet and accommodating. It certainly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.
