    the room wasn’t real clean, mostly the bathroom. we cleaned before we used it

    Room was run down and dusty. Coffee pot in bathroom next to toilet. It was filthy . No cups in our room. Couldn’t control the heater very well.

    No breakfast at this location. I was notified about this the day before I got there.

    Although pet friendly the pet area was full of weeds, rocks and glass. There was no light in the bathroom (fixable), the carpet was torn, there was no tissue available. We asked for our money back and they were very nice about it. We found other accommodation. This is an old motel, but they have tried to revive it.

    It was dirty and had bugs spiders the shower was gross and there was dirty socks in the drawers

    It was farther than I would have preferred from Pendleton

    Air conditioner was broken - turned on but didn't cool. The ice machine was broken. The sheets were stained, and we got bit by bed bugs - during the afternoon. The floor wasn't vacuumed and we stepped on sharp burrs as well. We left and asked for a refund before 7 pm - the property really needs help. Manager said guy would be out Monday to fix ice machine and new air conditioners were ordered.

    Well this is going to be a long one. First, the drawers had garbage in them. It was clear no one checked those at all as we found a child’s toothbrush in one, foil and unknown sticky substances in another. Second, the bed spread had hard stains on it like someone had spilt juice and let it dry rather than wash it, as well as burn marks on the next layer of blankets. Thank god we brought our own blankets. Third, the bathtub didn’t look clean, like no one has actually scrubbed that thing before which was very disappointing because I wanted to take a bath. Fourth, NO SMOKE DETECTORS ANYWHERE. There was a spot for one in our room but it was empty!

    The staff member we checked in with was very friendly, that’s all that we liked.

    there were stains on the mattress..stains on the carpet..bathtub was dirty.bathroom floor not swept...just outright dirty..coffee pot had layers of dust on it and no coffee to go with it.would not recommend staying her..spend 20 more dollars and get a clean nice room

    1st night, no soap or shampoo in BR, went to office to get soap etc. In am. Had to call mgr @ 7:30am & when I told him about the problem, he asked me to wait 15min. We left to travel to Pendleton & he delivered soap & shampoo when we returned in evening.

    Rooms sold out in Pendleton so had to stay @ this location in Hermiston, 25 mi away

    There was pubic hair in the sheets and body fluids.The room stunk of cigarettes and body order the comforter was dusty and dirty. This was the condition of the entire room. hands down worst experience my wife and I have ever had. Booking.com should stop recommending knights inn until knights inn raises there standards of service. I have a lot pictures that I took of the room. After letting the manager know he offered me $10 off.

    I'm a fair person so I'll give an honest review this is the first time I've ever seen a hotel room this dirty and think this company should really consider new management. I didn't like anything about this visit.

    The whole room was so dirty, a thick layer of dust everywhere! I sat down on the bed, when I stood up, the whole back of my pants had dust on them. When we went to bed, our feet made dirty footprints in the bed from walking barefoot on the floor. I would really like my money back
