Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe hotel was outdated; people were smoking out of their doors next to the rooms, and there was a lot of noise at night when people were getting in and out. It is not a family hotel. Also, strange people were standing in the parking lot at 6 a.m.
It was very expensive for the kind of hotel, but there weren't many options on a very busy weekend in Nashville; it is not the hotel I'll choose again to be with my family; however, it was a clean bed and the person at the front desk was very kind and make me feel safe.

I've been here for three weeks now, and my room is cleaned frequently they don't wake you up hours before check out, of course I'm up already. But all in all it's a nice quiet place to lay your head. My only dislike is the carpet

Never to business with them they charge me for two nights and I was only there for one night the night that I was there. I got robbed the store all my stuff from my van and on top of it. The owner refused to give me back my money it’s not a safe property.

United StatesThe guy who checks customers in and out is extremely rude. He has a very bad attitude. He canceled my reservation I booked and paid for online twice, so instead I had to pay the hotel price instead of PRICELINES booking price. He also locked my credit card both times he ran it to pay for my room and claimed the card declined, my bank said he was hitting the DECLINE button while processing my payment. Once he realized I was speaking to the bank he authorized my transaction.. Also the cleaning ladies literally start knocking on doors at 9 am asking if your checking out. Check out time is at 11am. They start cleaning rooms a 9 am and wake you up asking several times if your checking out. They will wake you up rudly even if your not checking out, and ask to not be disturbed.
The location is convenient. The price was cheap

United StatesThey gave away our room but still charged us for a king, the lady at the desk said "take it or leave it" when I told her that's not what I reserved or paid for. The 1st room smelled aweful. The next day we went to office to ask why our room was not what we reserved n the man got us a king n was pleasant unlike the woman from night before. Stated they have pool (not usable) that they have continental breakfast (they dont) that our room had coffee maker (neither did). The bathroom still had socks on the floor from prior guests. The toilet randomly starts running off n on all day and night. I asked for an extra pillow and never got it. Wasn't the only person whose room was given away, when I went down to try n get that extra pillow and there was a man being told they were full even though he had a reservation and had paid for his room in advance as well. He was told to call a number about a refund, no other motels in the area had any rooms either.
