We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe hotel is just old and dated. The hallways smell musty, and it is easy to tell that at some point people had smoked within the building. No breakfast is offered at this hotel, not even a continental breakfast which is a downside of staying at this hotel. The jacuzzi is also out of order and not listed that way on the website.
The location of this hotel met our needs after a very long drive that day. The hotel manager was super nice and helpful. He gets kudo's for being so friendly and welcoming. The pool looked refreshing, but it was cold. (advertised as heated)

United StatesThe sheets on the beds were hospital draw sheets not fitted sheets, holes in the blankets, my granddaughter, took a bath and there was black sludge under the shower mat in the bottom of the tub, which came floating up and out. no shampoo, we asked for a handicap room and were told all the rooms were large enough for someone in a wheelchair.

United StatesTo be honest I didn't end up staying here at Knight's Inn. I rented the room and soon as I walked in the bathroom there was a lot of fresh mold and a wet ceiling tile in the bathroom and the whole room including the bathroom ang sleeping area smelled musty and moldy. It was the last room they had so they couldn't off me another room. So the manager canceled the reservation for me and I went and found another hotel

United StatesAt this time the hot tub is under repair. Management reported that they are trying to repair it, but it has taken time. The pool on the other hand it heated, warm and nicely maintained.
There are no breakfast services at the hotel due to state restrictions, their diningroom is too small to meet COVID requirements. However, there are restaurants on either side of the hotel, so breakfast was only a 2 minute walk away. Their diningroom is quaint and comfortable. I purchased my breakfast next door and came back to the hotel to eat it in the cozy diningroom.
