I was not happy not knowing about the security deposit fee. It does not say specific amount on your site. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told of the amount. Not saying that I was " Not able to pay it", I was, but not knowing a head of time.

Near Applebee's, gas station, car wash and movie theater but that's it. A lot of other rooms were noisy but for a quick cheap stay it was okay

Bathroom was not cleaned completely, The hairdryer was caked in dust. There was rust on the baseboard heater with other guests hair. They advertised breakfast, but really it was coffee and a pre-packaged muffin.

The breakfast was a packaged muffin and an air pot of coffee. The juice machine was out of order. The first room had a drip in the shower and they offered a new room. The door frame in the 2nd room had clearly been kicked in before and was not fixed. The floors had not been mopped in a long time. We didn’t take our shoes off. We even slept in our shoes. The bathroom floors had dirt built up around the wall and there was mold growing in the wood under sink cabinet. The wardrobe had several broken hangers. The bed was clean and the AC worked. For the cheapest hotel in the area, I guess we got what we paid for. I was shocked as I have stayed at a Knights Inn in OR and it was wonderful.

The price. Location was only 20 minutes from our event. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower and toilet were clean.

During check-in we were asked to read a hand written note about construction,start and end time. I asked a simple question, where is the construction.? Reply was 1st floor roons dont worry I put you on second level. After a long night at the casino and needing / wanting to sleep the day away was very disappointed/ pissed to hear scraping and pounding on the wall and window area right outside my room. Construction ruined that.

staff was very rude and not receptive towards clients. The mentioned “breakfast” was not worthy of the price once there was only a type of processed pastry and the quantity was regulated.

The booking stated the room slept 3 adults, but had only 1 double bed. Our 3rd person slept on the floor. The mattress was extremely tough and uncomfortable. At hours of the night people with speaking loud outside. There is also no breakfast included, only plastic sealed cinnamon rolls/danish.

For the price, not much. I felt like it was a pretty good deal overall. I really just needed a place to lay my head that was clean and safe.

The room was plain, but was just what I needed for the night. Nothing expensive, nothing fancy. Check in and check out were easy, the reception at the front desk was friendly.
