We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff and prices, it’s a mile (30minutes) walking from the hostel to downtown, the bed was comfortable

Nights of lights was worse then Disney.the trolley was 90 dollars to rent a row . Think they forgot about just cpls. Prices r getting way out of hand. Had an associate at the old burger buckets tell us his feeling about the owners if burger buckets. Was happy he sort of changed the subject when we said we were good friends of them. The. We asked where we could get t shirts for lights was told for workers only we found them at the store next to Ripley. St augustine is getting well known but over priced.the city is to amazing to be greedy

bed was super accomodative to us and we are hard to please, could have used another pillow, just know I would stay again. the train coming each night was the only negative. we enjoyed our 5 days with cold air and a fridge. ALSO the hot shower was impressive and really a nice flow

IndiaI would recommend this place if you are on a budget. The rooms are spacious and they have a microwave! Even some of the best western hotels don't have microwaves! People in St Augustine are in general really warm and that includes the managers at sunset inn. They were really welcoming and made sure that our stay was comfortable. They are making the most out of this inn and are improving it! I appreciate their hard work in keeping guests happy.

United StatesThe bath tub appeared to have a water leak underneath it such that while standing in the tub to take a shower the tub floor buckles and bubbles and water fills underneath it. This can cause damage to the floor, and walls and end up becoming a serious mold issue. (I know because I also own properties.) Some people may also lose their balance while standing there.
The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. I also liked the proximity to the center of town and did enjoy a pleasant bike ride to the castle and walking street.

United StatesWe've haven't been living in the US for a long time so we don't really know what to expect when it comes to price/ value ratio. For us the price was a bit high (around $120 with taxes) but it was also the 4th of July weekend so everywhere the prices were high. The building is old and because of that the room had a particular smell which we got used to after a few minutes. However, it was clean. The management is new and they admitted there is a lot of work to be done so we wish them good luck! They seem good people.
