The receptionist refused to let me in the hotel lobby. Instead, she made me conduct our business through a wire mesh built into the wall. This is a hotel, not a prison.

I was allowed an early check in plus they had coffee making facilities in the room.

High security check in via pass thru window, mold on the bottom of shower door(108) and needs extra attention. Staff indifferent (cultural?), smoking occurring outside of rooms 109, and 220.

Convenient, adequate, close to downtown, easy in/out, good location, well lighted, outside clean and tidy.

If I had to give any advice, although the AC worked in the room. It was a little busted to the point the one closest to the AC got a little too cold because the air could not be directed any higher. The bathroom was okay but, we decided not to use it beyond a changing room due to how much heat it trapped. Either the vent was not working or something was generating way more heat in there than we expected.

The space did show some age but the AC worked pretty great. The bathroom was a little cleaner than expected. And the staff helped us get into a room in a pretty average amount of time. All in all, I did appreciate the great value and the ease of checking out as well.

Air conditioning unit was very loud indeed. Few facilities at hotel.

A fairly basic but decent sized room. Location is OK - not in downtown Salem, but easy enough to travel to by car and with good parking available.

I would have liked a fridge and microwave.. There were also no towels or wash clothes and only half a roll of toilet paper. Not a big deal to ask but still a bit inconvenient. The telephone did not work to call the front desk but that's not new big deal. The room could have been a little bit more prepared for a guest. Also the other guests were loud and inconsiderate. But we slept well and it was affordable so I would recommend for a short stay on the cheap.

Staff was friendly.It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also a pretty nice shower and the AC worked well.

Seems like the lobby could have been open / masks required. It was a little rough standing in the freezing cold waiting. No towels in the room although they were brought promptly when we called. Bedding kind of thin.

Convenient, close to the capitol and nice jogging route. Heater and hot water worked well - great hot shower.

Gas to leave a $60 deposit that we got back but they don't even check the room ...how do we know they did or didn't like the way we left it? We hope we don't get charged for anything.

The quilt had some cigarette burns in it, but the room thankfully didn't smell at all. It was just obviously old. No worries though!

Location was close to where I was working, room was pretty clean (though a bit dated, particularly the bed's quilt), and it was quiet. Good hot water in shower, and fresh towels each day. Locks worked on door, and no issues with keycard.

I went to use a bath towel and was washed however not clean There was like lipstick and makeup maybe something else on it So while it had been washed it wasn’t clean When I went to the front desk the guy acted like it was no big deal

The room cleaner tried to walk in without permission and I was paid in full for another 2 days. Definitely not ok to do that. If you don't answer cuz your sleeping it doesn't mean you just walk in.
