Noisy. Saturday night when other folks checked in it was very noisy, music, loud talking. Woman next door was outside on the phone for close to 45 minutes. She was also smoking and the smoke smell came into our room. It's right on Atlantic Avenue so road noise also. Would I stay there again YES but would request a room in the back. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

All was good but one day from night before supposed to change sheets and I can tell it was from night before and I know that cause my daughter and I had snacks and it was chocolate and I did see when I took blankets off it was same sheets but other than that it was hotel...

The shower in 210 had very little water pressure so we weren't able to use that shower much at all. The refrigerators didn't seem too cold.

I was happy with the cleanliness of the motel and friendly staff. The outside shower and bathroom came in handy and also the the access to ice.

The room was small especially with all our beach gear. No space for your luggage to stay open which was annoying. And the WIFI - what a nuisance! It would work outside of the room only and sporadically at that.

The property was very clean - the room and washroom top to bottom was clean and pool area was clean too. The parking was fine even though other comments were that it was tight. There are spots for larger vehicles so don’t worry. The cleaning staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The management was nice - not very smiley - but we had no problems what so ever.

No elevator, had to drag luggage up to third floor. Room was kind of bright during the night.

People up over us started fighting, stomping, and yelling. Had to call front desk. Was handled immediately. Great response

The bathroom was clean but small, there was no counter space or anywhere to put toiletries etc. We only stayed one night so it wasn't a big issue, but if we were going to be there for a week it would be horrible.

It's very hard to find a room for 1 night with a king-sized bed! We had an anniversary party in town so this was a life-saver. The room was very clean, the complex was quiet, and the air conditioner worked well.

Parking....terrible! Definitely not enough for the amount of guests when sold out,, very low parking garage, very narrow drive thru area.

Hotel is very clean, located very close to the boardwalk, beach and convention center. Management made accommodations where we needed.

The parking was tight and limited. Not enough parking to people staying there and had several spots cones off which made it even harder. Also, it is not very sound proof to the outside. Everyone right outside our room sounded as if they were right inside with us talking.

The location was perfect. Super close to the board walk and beach. It was very clean which is one of the most important things to me.

Would like a heated pool. Need more storage space for clothing. Could use a curtain outside the bathroom to make a dressing area.

The area around the pool was extremely slippery. My young son slipped and fell near the pool and injured his hip and had a noticeable limp for 2 days. I notified the front desk and asked multiple times if I needed to fill out an accident report and they had no clue what I was talking about. There were other families by the pool who complained to the front desk as well about the slippery conditions near the pool, but the staff just brushed it off.

We only learned that the person making the reservation had to be 25+ after we had gotten there. There was no mention of that on the booking website, so when we were told that we needed to give a $200 deposit, we were caught by surprise.

The room and amenities were fantastic. The location of this hotel is perfect, and the pricing was very fair.
