The first two nights, I had to call the desk because of loud partygoers below me. I waited until 12:30-1:00 a.m., and the noise continued. However, after security came over, they stopped, and it was quiet.

The suite was roomy and very tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities of home. I loved the view from the balcony. I also loved the washer and dryer and the ice maker!

Room service did not replace towels. Had to ask. There were ants in the kitchen, although partl our fault for not sealing the bread bag.

We are not big on golf so there were limited other activities and the size of the resort as a whole meant local amenities such as restaurants were very busy at peak times

no actual beach attached. housekeeping is only every 5 days. This is a cost saving measure and bot something such an expensive resort should do.

This property has everything you could want. We left to explore the island but made sure to enjoy the many amenities especially the lagoon

I thought pictures implied large swim pools near by- no. Handy shuttle to main Hilton complex--stores, shops, market, fun places to go.,, pool close by small.

This perfect fit for family, queen bedroon, other br- 2 double beds. Nice living/dining room snd great deck/porch with chairs and dining table. Good place.

Location was about 30-45 minutes away from local (non-resort) eateries, convenience or grocery stores. If you plan to make any meals or just stock up on snacks and drinks in your room, be sure to plan accordingly because the grocery stores within the resort area are very expensive.

Gorgeous location, spacious room, with comfy beds and overall very clean room. I love the abundance of parking and that it's free. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with 5 adults and 2 kids and were very comfortable. not squished/packed in. We've actually already booked another stay in a few months. Although they have a lovely pool area right at the Kohala Suites, do make plans to visit the main hotel where you can enjoy the large resort pool and lagoon with tons of wildlife including turtles and salt water fish. As well as view the dolphins or even paid to swim with them.

One small complaint is we felt the beds could have been a little better, they were not horrible by any means.

Property was very nice and well maintained. The 2 bedroom suite with full size tub was excellent. Kitchen was well equipped, we really appreciated the rice cooker. Very spacious 2 bedroom. The outdoor seating area was wonderful, we ate dinner out there every night. All the staff was incredible, very helpful and very nice and helpful. Location was wonderful, convenient,shuttle was great.

We had bed bugs in our room. Hilton transferred us to another room after 3 days in the infested room. This was a spoiler on the vacation.

The place is located close to shopping and the resort. It has beautiful pools and the kitchen facilities in the suite are excellent.

It was a bit further from Kona than I expected. A 30 min drive. But easy highway access.
