Master bedroom curtains could not be opened. So could not enjoy the nice backyard.

If there was a downside... I operate just fine during cold weather. But, the family prefers cozy temps. The request to keep the thermostat within a low heating threshold was a bit much, especially with the 40s and below temps. Also, Moab had been very windy during our time there. (And not the property's fault) was when the heating started, it smelled of dust or dirt. The upside, again Nature at work, we woke to a very nice light coating of snow! Picturesque!

The space was quite nice. The bed size variations was great: 3 rooms - King, queen and last room had 2 twins. Great, quiet location! The gas fireplace was perfect!

Cannot think of any. If I have to complain I would say shower head. Although the one was fully functional, just with a few dollars, you can get a better shower head.

Lovely home. fully furnished with the necessary items. even had a spare pull out bed and extra blankets if needed. fully equipped kitchen. Loved the back yard - nice sitting area with enough privacy. Best part was no disturbance or noise.

Spider webs in the corners of the ceiling. Hot and cold water reversed in the 1st floor bathroom. Toilet handle sticks causing the toilet to run, have to giggle the handle. Shower head squeals.

Amazing value compared to to local hotels for our family of 7. To have a whole condo for half the price of the Days Inn was awesome. Beautifully decorated and cared for. Giant yard and giant patio were unexpected! Even a garage and plenty of outdoor parking. Just such a wonderful spot to relax in. Quiet, lovely condo community. Tom at Moab Property Management was extremely helpful and accomodating.

The only downside is that this is a few miles outside of Moab. But that means you get to see all the stars at night.

Super comfortable and beautiful place. Would definitely look this place up again next time I’m in Moab.

breakfast wasn't provided or expected The Location was great and very quiet. Close to Arches NP. The Beds were comfy. Just a couple of things: the coffee pot was very slow, Would recommend investing in a new one. One guest found something left under a bed so I would recommend a more thorough cleaning under bedsThe rest of the condo was clean. Nice areas for sitting and visiting both inside and out. A little chilly so we didn't use outside patios very much but private and quiet. One complaint: we were charged for a burned pillow sham and we were not responsible for that damage. Waiting to hear the out come of the dispute on that charge.

Lots of small maintenance things need to be attended to - patio chairs worn and unsafe, back door lock broken, bath tub needs replacing etc. Nothing major but shows property manager focused on minimizing spending.

Typical 3 BR rental unit, nice back yard and patio. End unit.

Several of the vertical blinds were missing but we found a pack in the bedroom closet so we installed them so we’d have privacy. A drawer in the kitchen was completely missing. And for a place that slept 8 we only had one small frying pan (among the pots and pans) to cook. Maybe one additional larger size would be nice. The freezer/ice maker leaked water all into the fridge on our groceries. The mattress in the kind bed was very hard to sleep on.

Had the room to accommodate our family and was close enough to the parks that we didn’t feel it was out of the way. loved the roll away bed in the master bdrm for our toddler

We had a problem with ants in the pet food, and there was no spray. And it would’ve been nice to have a broom and a dustpan available.

It was a little ways out of town so no hustle and bustle quiet and relaxing

Dated interior. Needed more soap.

Excellent communication from property manager. Spacious, quiet unit in nice neighborhood. Roads good for walking/running. Garage and fully equipped kitchen. Pool very close.
