You can still see the graffiti that is inside the room. They need more paint to be fully covered. There was trash under the beds. We sprayed Lysol in the shower and next thing you know yellow crap was showing up in the shower after we sprayed it. There's only 1 way to go in and out of the motel. I used my debit card to pay the $50 deposit and never received my $50 refund. So please return that.

The room was not in good condition. It was clean enough to sleep. But not clean enough to be completely comfortable. Very small room and the parking lot was a tight. The staff was not super helpful.

The location and price we're great.it was 5 minutes from Disney and Knott's. I got exactly what I expected a round down motel close to Disneyland. I would stay again.

This hotel was so noisy! There was loud music, talking, and running down the hall until late into the night, and it didn't seem as though the staff tried to do anything about it. Another noisy surprise- the hotel backs up to a preschool and the kids yelling on their playground just outside your room will definitely wake you up in the morning.

Owner was very nice at check-in, also helpful when we had a problem with our room. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure with no problems running out of hot water.

The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking. The bathroom shower curtain had burn marks from cigarettes.

The room was clean, and the bed was ok, pillows and sheets good.

The room carpet was dirty all the time. The chairs in the room were dirty, stained, and with disgusting marks of things on them. From the beginning, we stated that we are three, but provided only two towels every day. Only provided two small hand soaps for use in hands and body, and only one individual bag of shampoo for a stay of four days for three people. The people in the next room put loud music all night long, and no one came to make respect to the rules of no noise overnight.

The location was convenient for our visit to parks. The place looks secure. The personnel was honest, we didn't lose anything. Parking spots were available.

Was upgraded to bigger room. The bed was so comfortable, it had a memory foam mattress. Nice fancy shower, granite wall, and hair dryer. Big flat screen TV, mini fridge, and microwave.

I don't write reviews. This was such a terribly bad experience that I thought it was important to comment. I am not being vindictive. The management is trying to take advantage of travelers. The management demands an unauthorized $50 "as a deposit" that they knowingly do not tell guest about at any time before or after the booking process, online or over the phone. They will not provide the key unless they extract this from unsuspecting guests. They often send people to an ATM machine on property that they admitted charges an outrageous fee to get get cash from and then they collect some of those fees. The room had a repulsive odor perhaps because the A/C unit filters have never been changed and the unit is decades old but it smelled like old animal urine. The floor was so dirty that there were balls of someone's hair and my socks and feet turned black (I took pictures of all of this). When I informed management via email they did nothing the 1st time - indicating this is a common occurrence. Only after demanding a better cleaning from the front desk was this cleaned. There was no remote in the room. People smoke marijuana on the stairs a few feet from the window so opening a window stinks. This hotel charged my room on 2 different cards and refused to refund the difference. Against my specific directions they charged additional amounts on one card such that it overdrew my checking account. The management promised things and then did the exact opposite assuming a guest would not follow up. The front desk attendant feigns little understanding of what one says, but he understands every word and conspires with the manager over the phone in Hinde and assumes customers have no idea what they are saying. From the management/owner down to the staff this is a motel to avoid at all cost.

It could have been better if they made sure the sheets and comforter are all clean. The room smelled like dirty laundry. Then when I flipped the comforter, it had stains and they were so dirty. It didn’t look clean at all. It even had a burn hole.

The location is perfect! The size of the room is just enough for my family.
