Very unique experience! Glamping type at its finest! Hilary was incredibly hospitable and a joy to meet. Having the full toilet now was a bonus, and the shower and kitchen facilities were superb for being outdoors!

Not one thing!

The most magical hidden gem you could imagine, run by one of the world’s most thoughtful hosts. Tucked in a back road by the metro, an easy hop to get in and out of city. Wonderful grill and fire pit. And every inch a fairyland!

The price was incredible for the location and space it offered! The location was easy to access from the freeway and the city metro was only a 3 minute walk away. It also has a really nice private relaxing space to just hang out. I Wish we could've stayed longer, 2 nights were just not enough!

Hillary was the most gracious and thoughtful host. Nothing was too much if we had a request. The glamping tent was absolutely perfect and the bed was so comfortable. I popped in my earbuds and didn’t wake up once. The cats were so lovely and the fireplace was even better. I was worried about the proximity of the location and how comfortable we’d feel but it was so bliss to come back from a day in the heart of LA to this retreat. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and also book again if we come back. Thank you Hillary for a beautiful stay. You’re such an amazing host and person.

We loved our stay. The location is great, Hillary is lovely and a great hostess. The place is cosy, compleat with rocking- and lounge chairs, hammock, stove and fridge. You have to like glamping orherwise it is better to stay in a chain hotel. But we loved it.

This was really the best place we stayed in, in California. Hillary was so helpfull and kind, she created a little paradise in her beautiful garden to stay. Everything we needed was there and it was just a very peaceful place to stay. We stayed with 3 adults in the tent for 3 nights and that was totally fine! Enough space inside and also outside. The area is very lovely, and close by you find the metro to travel to downtown. Big thanks for making our stay so much fun!

We loved everything about our stay here . It is so cozy and beautiful, it's like a dream come true . The manager of this room is one of the nicest person I ever meet , nothing but love for her. Also there are tons of locations near this stay , you can have great coffee, burgers , salads and everything you can think about. Don't search any longer there will be no better stay in Los Angeles, it's such a peaceful stay which is the perfect difference to the busy travel days in Los Angeles. It really calms you down and made the vacation perfect for us. We will miss this place and we are sure you will too!

the property is beautiful and luxurious with greenery and with every amenity youd need. I’ve been glamping before so We kind of knew what to expect. outside bathroom was clean and stocked. host was available and great. she thoroughly explained how everything worked such ad water, toilet, etc. Shes a very beautiful soul.

This is an amazing place! It's all about details, and here everything is created with passion and love. We spent there unforgettable 3 Christmas days, and never forget that! La Boheme living is equiped with everything you need, great barbecue grill, home made spices, all stuff to cook and great coffee. You have two places in the garden when you can eat, rest and admire the beautiful garden. Outdoor bathroom is something special, equiped with quality cosmetics. The bed was superb comfortable, we were a little bit worried about temperature by night, but nothing like that happened because tent has very good heater and optionally you can use heating mat in your bed! And at the end I want to thank Hilary for her extraordinary hospitality, she is a really warm and lovely person, from the beginning she welcomed us like special guests, gave us a warm welcome and every important informations, and hers daughter decorated a Christmas tree for us! Wow!

Unfortunately, I think I am a city slicker. The accommodation is natural living style, unfortunately I did not enjoy the toilet, though it was always well serviced!

What a fantastic experience. The host is extremely helpful, friendly and unbeliveably accommodating. They made it a very memorable and positive experience and always did their best to answer our questions. Thank you again H. We we able to meet their cats, whom are very friendly too! The backyard is great, and so is the tent! We stayed during winter and at times it was fairly cold. However, with the addition of a heater and an electric blanket, we were comfortable in the tent. The bed is very comfortable. There is a kettle, microwave and coffee. We also appreciated all the environmentally friendly things about the accommodation. There's also plenty of board games and amenities (shampoo, body wash and first aid). The bathrobes were wonderful! Conveniently located close to bus and train connections to Downtown LA. Travel from the airport to the accom was easy.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

This place was FANTASTIC. We were travelling on a bit of a budget and so I started looking at camping/glamping rather than hotels and I'm so glad I found Hillary's place. It's so cute with everything you need and Hillary is SO helpful and friendly while also keeping her distance and not interfering - though we invited her in as we wanted to know her better and she was happy to chat to us. The place is so well located just a 3min walk to the train station and she has a space if you have a car. As she has well stated it is urban glamping and I was a little concerned about the noise as I am a light sleeper but she provides ear plugs and with an eye mask I slept very well.

The place gets quite small for three people - I nissed some room to put my clothes somewhere. Also the extra bed isn't the most comfortable.

I loved the concept of a tent with beds; there were all the facilities one might need for their stay. Also, the decoration was exceptional, very pretty with all of these lights! Beautiful!
